2 jours qui auraient pu être meilleurs ...
Pros:

Le site, la gentillesse du personnel
Voir la faune, les oiseaux, la flore ....

Cons:

Nous avons un peu tourné avec notre chauffeur car l'hotel ne s'appelle pas "garden lodge hôtel " !! Mais "bambou hotel" ...
La chambre sentait mauvais, les draps n'avaient pas du être changés et sentaient la transpiration
Une bouilloire à disposition mais pas de tasse ni thé ou café.
J'ai été mieux lotie que mes amis qui ont eu une chambre qui ne fermait pas, sans porte dans la salle de bains avec un système d'évacuation n'écoulant pas l'eau = inondation à chaque douche !
Après une plainte de notre part, ils ont pu changer de chambre.
Pas de café au petit dejeuner : il fallait le payer en plus alors que le petit déjeuner est compris dans le tarif de la chambre ! !
Les excursions proposées par l'hôtel : pas de moyen de retour prévu après une randonnée de 10kms alors qu'à l'aller, un véhicule amène jusqu'au début du sentier de randonnée à 10kms !
On nous propose un safari en "jeep" qui était plus de l'ordre du wagon à bestiaux ! !
Aucun avertissement aussi personnes à mobilité réduite qui ne pouvaient pas y monter ! !

Lovely location.
Pleasant tour on the river near the natural park.
Great swimming pool.

Cons:

Part of it was a building site, quite a lot of noise pollution due to the work.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, nette Bungalows, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss. Die Poollandschaft im Kaskaden-Stil hat mir besonders gefallen.

Cons:

Das Essen ist ok aber kein Erlebnis

Pros:

Todo en el lugar es increíble! Muy cerca de la entrada al parque. Las instalaciones son hermosas, está frente al río con una vista increíble. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. El restorán es super rico y económico. Y el personal es muy muy amable! Volveremos!

We recomend the place, it was very calm and the staff was amazing!
Pros:

Location, facilities and warmly welcoming staff!

Cons:

Too much plastic bottles for water: why not using large purified water containers instead?
The pool & gardens were in the making/maintenance when we were but we could still enjoy it, it will be amazing when finished

Pros:

Queste piccole casette in legno sono molto accoglienti.
Per raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi abbiamo chiesto aiuto ai gestori che ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Cons:

Nulla di rilevante solo che il nome della struttura non è molto chiaro, tant'è che sulle chiavi ne è riportato un altro. Quando siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte ci siamo trovati un po' spiazzati non trovando un'indicazione chiara, così abbiamo dovuto chiamare per chiedere informazioni (con numero vietnamita, perché su WhatsApp nessuno rispondeva) abbiamo poi capito che c'era una reception generale di più strutture per il check in, ci avessero avviasato prima sarebbe stato più semplice.
