Pros:

Room was outdated, but clean. Was just there for a festival and needed a cheap place to stay that was in walking distance to the festivities.

Cons:

When you pull up to the motel, it's not a pleasant experience. Desperately needs a coat of fresh paint. May be the ugliest outward appearance I've seen on a motel.
