Pros:

Location, convenience.

Cons:

Staffs aren’t helpful and welcome as it should be. I don’t think they are happy with their jobs. Not pleasure to look at them, especially receptionists are the worst ever I have experienced with during our trip in Vietnam. The other service staffs are much nicer.

My Husband and I had the cupping massage, was amazing job well done

Aircon leaked constantly on our balcony, had to put a towel down so we didn’t keep bringing water and dirt inside.

We enjoyed our stay and would happily return
Pros:

The location was great, easy walk to everything and not noisy at night. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The rooms were quiet and because it’s a spa everything always smelt beautiful. You get a discount code for the spa, and although it’s more expensive than other places in the area the massages are definitely worth it, far better than the cheap ones! The red dao bath and sauna are also amazing we had all out treatments in a private double room together which was a nice touch. Also you don’t get pressured into giving a tip like other place we have been but there is a box on reception for this with no pressure.

Cons:

It wasn’t an issue for us but just so people know you do have to walk through the spa area where they do leg massages, it was quite a relaxed atmosphere and walking though with quiet conversations were normal.

Gute Lage, super City Hotel!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Die Transfers von Hanoi nach Sapa und zurück wurde ebenfalls vom Hotel organisiert.
Zudem ist die Lage sehr zentral. Genau gegenüber der Bahn auf den Fansipan.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Typisch vietnamesisches Frühstück direkt neben dem Hotel.
Abends haben wir es sehr im Smile Restaurant genossen.

Cons:

Nichts zu bemängeln! Alles gut.

It was pleasant, central had friendly staff that were really helpful with taxis and luggage.
Pros:

Central location, helpful staff, spacious rooms

Cons:

Hard bed, and no light above the mirror in the bathroom. Also need a better fan in there.

Pros:

Emplacement incroyable

Cons:

L’isolation est mauvaise, tu entends tous ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir c’est insupportable. Nous avons demandé 2 fois à l’accueil de nous aider pour nous trouver un taxi car l’application ne marchait pas, elles nous envoyaient dans la rue en nous disant d’aller voir plus loin alors qu’on était super chargés avec nos valises…

Excelente ubicación, buena habitación
Pros:

Cama muy cómoda, el aire acondicionaba no sonaba y funcionaba en modo caliente, la ducha nueva salía nueva cantidad de agua y caliente TV smart. Al frente está la estación para tomar el monorriel al teleférico de fansipan
