Pros:

Location - 12 minutes' walk to Dotonbori precinct, train stations, et al.

Easy access.

Helpful staff.

Cons:

No linen or towel refresh, unless requested.
No room cleaning as it is more of an airbnb arrangement than hotel/motel, etc.
But all amenities provided inusing washing machine, small kitchenette and vacuum.
Standing room only in the toilet. It would not suit someone more than 5' 8"

Osaka Sunshine Tower - Recomendo
Pros:

Localização ótima, muito perto de Doutonbori e Namba. Tem elevador proporcionando fácil acesso com malas para o quarto. O apartamento é pequeno mas confortável, com uma cozinha e máquina de lavar roupa.
Recomendo.

Cons:

O check in foi confuso. Não tem recepção, portanto não tem funcionários. Recebi um QR code para acionar um tablet que estava quebrado. Perdi horas até descobrir que bastava usar um código numa espécie de cofre e retirar a chave do apartamento, que também abre a porta de entrada.
