Location - silent
Upon arrival we were informed the room we booked is not available. Then we got another room, but we found a bathroom with "diarrhea". We also found an ash tray with a cigarette in our room. Hygiene is a big issue in this hotel and it smells like a cigarette as the stuff smokes inside. We left this hotel earlier.
Host didn’t speak much English but was very friendly and accommodating to requests
Our first room had a few ants but this was resolved easily
Room was very good value for the price, no AC but it was not necessary as the room was always a cool temperature. The man on the front desk didn’t speak a lot of English but he was always friendly and provided information via translate. I accidentally left some photos behind and was sent a message offering express delivery postage to whatever address I would like them forwarded to. I felt this was above and beyond and the hotel definitely deserves praise for this kindness.
The bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well in our room.
Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We've got many nice recommendations from them. The bed was comfortable.
