Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de l'hôtel et de la chambre, l'équipement, le calme et la silence dans la chambre malgré la route à côté - tout était bien. Je remercie les employés de l'hôtel pour leur aide dans la situation embrassante. Je conseille cet hôtel pour les petits séjours touristiques.

Pros:

La colazione favolosa, con una variazione tra salato e dolce mai provata tra Georgia e Armenia. La torta alle carote della gentilissima signora addetta alle colazioni valeva il prezzo del soggiorno. Un grazie anche alla classe del signore della reception. Arrivederci.

Cons:

La stanza un pó piccola ma bagno adeguato.

Pros:

Отель расположен в удобном месте, и я его выбрала из-за этого. Персонал был очень отзывчивым и приятным. Завтрак тоже хороший и разнообразный. Главный минус заключается в том, что комнаты расположены в полуподвале. В номере нет окна, и он похож на карцер. Формально окошко есть, но оно крошечное, запрятано за шкафом и заклеено бумагой. Не открывается, да и некуда ему открываться, потому что номер в полуподвальном помещении. Соответственно в номере темно и нет циркуляции воздуха. Кроме того он крошечный. Там даже багажную сумку раскрыть невозможно не забаррикодировав проход. В общем переночевать конечно можно, но не стоит доводить дело до того, что за такие деньги это едиственный возможный вариант. Все-таки в Ереване, если заранее спохватиться, можно снять комнату и в более человеческих условиях.

A small hotel close to the center that didn't exceed expectations. There are better hotels at a comparable price.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center, just a 15-minute walk from Republic Square. The staff are polite and helpful; for instance, Ruben kindly assisted me with a personal matter and let me use his mobile phone to make a couple of calls to local companies, and on the day of my departure, a staff member helped me quickly and cheaply arrange a taxi. I really enjoyed the breakfast—it was excellent, with everything fresh and a wide selection: fried eggs, pancakes, fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, sweets, and freshly baked pastries and khachapuri. Everything was delicious and had a homemade feel, and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

I didn't realize the hotel was located at a level of -1 or lower. The photos attached to the room I booked showed a window—a proper window; I never would have booked this hotel if I had known the room was underground and practically windowless. It was just a tiny slit that didn't even allow for any airflow. Regardless, I was assigned a below-ground room with that terrible window. I asked the staff about a paid upgrade, but was refused. I had written in advance to say I would arrive at 11:00 AM and asked if the room could be ready by then. Yet, it wasn't ready; other rooms had already been cleaned, but I was the one who had to wait until 2:00 PM. This was disappointing, as the staff knew about my request, yet for some reason, they prioritized cleaning other rooms—I saw them cleaned myself. Another issue was the lack of a landline phone in the room, which I needed. I also suspect the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in a long time; when I turned it on (since I didn't have a window), I immediately started sneezing and had an allergic reaction to the dust. Finally, there was the hotel restaurant: I paid more for breakfast there than for dinner at the "Kavkazskaya Plennitsa" place next door. And the cappuccino came from a vending machine! It was a total shock—1,600 for a machine-made cappuccino. I think guests should at least be told that they don't make fresh coffee and that it comes from a machine.

Die Lage war super, fußläufig von einigen Highlights entfernt :)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein & eng..Unser Gepäck hat den Weg zum Laufen versperrt, was schon recht eng war.
Kein Fenster, lediglich durch das Badezimmer. Auch die Preise der Minibar oder dem Restaurant/Bar, absolut irre.

Skvělý hotel s milým personálem a výbornou snídaní!
Pros:

S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Hotel je krásný, moderně zařízený a perfektně čistý. Postele byly velmi pohodlné, takže jsme se skvěle vyspali. Velkým plusem byl také milý a ochotný personál, díky kterému jsme se cítili vítáni po celou dobu pobytu. Snídaně byly pestré a opravdu výborné. Další výhodou je skvělá poloha přímo v centru města.

Děkujeme za skvělý pobyt! Hotel můžeme rozhodně doporučit všem, kteří hledají kvalitní ubytování s výbornými službami!

Good Location
Pros:

主な見どころは、すべて１２分の徒歩圏内。スーパーも多い。レストランも多数７分以内。ホテルの朝食は８時半なので
遅いが、温かいものを除けば、８時前から利用出来る。果物はダメだが、後は野菜類も多く、美味しかった。果物は近くにスーパーで安く買えます。入り口が半地下で、最初は戸惑うが、これが防犯上いい事がわかった。うるさい店が周りにないのが良い。

Cons:

室内の掃除を２日に1回はしてほしかった。
