Please note that we do not have a private parking, but we have a preferential agreement with the Kleber Parking located at 656 feet from the property.

Please note that during Christmas Market, it is not possible to reach the Kleber Parking as it is closed during this period. You can park at P+R Rotonde, P+R Elsau, P+R Baggersee and reach out hotel with the Tram.

Sehr schönes Hotel in prächtiger Lage
Pros:

Das gepflegte Hotel liegt sehr zentral undbesticht durch schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang, der Besuch der Weinbar ist empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen größer sein können.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Sehr schönes renoviertes Hotel in der Innenstadt. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Fussläufig kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen.
Carrefour daneben, Restaurants und Bäckerei in der Nähe.
Das Club Zimmer war von der Grösse her für 2 Personen und 2 Gepäckstücken perfekt.

Alles sehr nett 😀

The breakfast was excellent, esp. value for money.

Cons:

I can't think of anything to really complain about. The interior war very artistic in its historical setting, the breakfast and friendliness of the staff outstanding, esp. for that price, so a wholehearted recommendation for this particular hotel that is situated more or less in the heart of Strasbourg. I don't know if the price go up dramatically during peak tourist times (we went there at the end of June), but for a four star hotel an absolute jewel.

Beautiful old hotel that has been updated stylishly while retaining the original character. Staff and breakfast very good

Cons:

Unfortunately, spoiled a little by being allocated a room with an extra bed for a 3rd person and a small double bed. There's no point in me paying for a larger room if the space is taken by an unused bed and the main bed is small. Also the wine bar was closed during our stay which was disappointing

Extremely central location, close to Petit France and all other sites you’d want or need to see. The hotel is beautiful, right from the reception through to the rooms. Very clean and fresh rooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
