Please note that during Christmas Market, it is not possible to reach the Kleber Parking as it is closed during this period. You can park at P+R Rotonde, P+R Elsau, P+R Baggersee and reach out hotel with the Tram.

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner, la bagagerie, la propreté, le plateau bouilloire, le minibar, le jeune homme qui nous a reçues pour le checkout a été très professionnel en réagissant immédiatement au problème signalé concernant le matelas, et nous avons pu bénéficier d'une compensation ce qui était extrêmement agréable et nous le remercions

La literie, la salle d'eau dont la paroi en verre opaque laisse passer la lumière ce qui est gênant lorsque l'on doit utiliser les toilettes la nuit....la chambre n'était pas prête à 15h alors que la première hôtesse nous avait dit de revenir à 15h lorsque nous avons laissé notre bagage à la bagagerie, la deuxième hôtesse ne s'est pas excusée et n'était pas très agréable

In diesem Hotel hat mir die Atmosphäre sehr gut gefallen. Alter Charme mit modernen Elementen und eine zentrale Lage. An dieser Stelle wie zugesagt ein Dankeschön an Angelica & Team für den sehr guten Service und das vielfältige und hochwertige Frühstück. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Merci!
