Please note that we do not have a private parking, but we have a preferential agreement with the Kleber Parking located at 656 feet from the property.

Please note that during Christmas Market, it is not possible to reach the Kleber Parking as it is closed during this period. You can park at P+R Rotonde, P+R Elsau, P+R Baggersee and reach out hotel with the Tram.

Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig. Man hat nichts gehört trotz offenem Fenster.

Cons:

Bett für 2 Personen vielleicht etwas zu Klein und nur eine Decke.

Super séjour, je recommande, mention spéciale pour le wine bar
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, l' accueil, le personnel du bar qui vous mettent vraiment à l'aise et vous propose ce qque vous pouvez consommer. J'y retournerai sûrement pour une autre escapade sur Strasbourg 💕💕💕

Cons:

Dans ma chambre la robinetterie était un peu défectueuse mais vraiment un problème minime.

Accoglienti, parcheggio disponibile al coperto, camere piccole ma accoglienti.

Ci è stata data una stanza, non si apriva la porta con la chiave magnetica, chiave aggiornata nuovamente alla reception. Entriamo nella stanza e ci siamo ritrovati faccia a faccia con un’altra persona. La stanza era già stata assegnata a quest’altra persona, una donna! Dopo imbarazzo generale e lo spavento (sopratutto della signora) abbiamo cercato di capire cosa fosse successo siamo tornati di sotto chiedendo spiegazioni. Ci è stata data un’altra stanza scusandosi più volte ma nessuno è venuto di sopra a sincerarsi con noi e la signora (che a nostro parere era turbata, spaventata e preoccupata in quanto non parlavamo la stessa lingua quindi è stato difficile intenderci e spiegarle la situazione). Inoltre da parte dell’hotel non ci è più stato chiesto niente in merito a questo evento lasciando cadere tutto come se (non fosse successo niente) anche se personalmente siamo rimasti turbati!
