Cons:

Person at the reception had no clue about the food items and its respective prices mentioned in the menu card. He had to get someone else to answer my query whereas, i had a simple queation. I wqs ordering egg schezwan noodles and he had no clue about the significance of 3 different prices for the same order. Someone else was there when i called and was prompting, so i said give the phone to the person who is prompting so that i can explain my query amd get my answers. To which, that person had complete knowledge and answered my queries. The guy at the reception didnt even understand what i m ordering, he didnt understand egg schezwan noodles, i kept saying schezwan, he kept repeating hakka, and i could hear that someone was helping him to resolve the query. Since i could hear that he was asking someone else when he was not understanding his own product mebtioned in the menu, i asked him to put the other guy on the phone. He did and i explained my order and that helper helped to delover the right order to my room. But post that, i kept calling the reception with a query of providing extra glass but this person at the reception deliverately disconnected my phone since i asked him to put yhe person who knows the menu unlike him. He kept unanswering my phone or disconnectimg it more than 3 times just to avoid me or may be it was his ego since i specifically mentioned that if u r not able to understand, then pass the phone to the person who is reight besode you and i cpuld hear him giving him answers. Eventually, i didnt call the reception ever agian for any of my needs. While i understnd that a new person cam always be assigned to fulfill a particular objective, but since they are not well trained from a 360 degree perspective, it is leading to fruatration and annoying customer experience.
