The elevator is located on the second floor, so you have to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs just to reach it. The power goes out regularly and the elevator often stops working, making it completely unreliable.
The shower is completely clogged and water overflows into the living room. I stayed for 5 nights and management refused to fix it. There is no AC and they also refused to address that. The WiFi does not work. At night there is constant noise from street fights and prostitution until 6 AM. The windows and walls are so thin you hear everything.
The listing is misleading. The photo of the building is not the actual hotel but the one next door. The room is not blackout as described. Pillowcases are too small for the pillows which is unhygienic. All the pans are scratched and unusable.
Hotels.com contacted them multiple times on my behalf and each time they claimed they would fix the issues but they never did. On top of that the keypad does not work but they only tell you after you arrive and then ask something ridiculous like “Did you look under the mat?”
This was a nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.

The property was very clean and very nice and we were happy with our stay. The only thing I would caution about this property is that we had to make a last-minute same day booking and I think it should be posted on the advertisements for this location that there is no one that works the front desk and that they send an email after booking that they will be requesting your passport info 2-3 days prior to your booking and then give you key code information after that. We booked the same day and so I was sent an email regarding this afterwards and there was no way for me to contact anyone as the number kept disconnecting. I finally had to go through Expedia, who was able to get someone at the hotel and I had to do so twice before I got the key code information sent to me and someone was still cleaning the apartment when we got there after check in time. Other than that, everything was great and I would stay there again, but this was stressful and not something I was expecting. Had I seen that information ahead of time I would have been prepared or made a different choice.

The code they provided to enter the apartment stopped working when I returned from a long night in Paris at 1 am. Unfortunately, ther was no one. I could reach at that time from the renting company. My only option was to send an email that was going to be read at 7-8 am when the ofgice opened. Exhausted, irate and discouraged, I had to search for an available hotel room in the neighborhood. Took me over an hour to find one available and I had to pay premium for that one night. In the morning, a support agent replied to my email, apologized, but all he did was to supply me with a new code enabling me to finally enter the room. He said he will notify his manager to get back to me. I made it clear that the situation is unacceptable and at the least they should reimburse me for the one night I had to spend at a different hotel. In my opinion they shoul also cancel the charges for the nigh I could not sleep in the room.
