Pleasant
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean. The location was convenient for my purpose.

Cons:

The room was advertised as having its own private bathroom. It did - but round the corner from the bedroom and up a steep narrow staircase. I think it should be made clear in the advertisement that the bathroom is not en-suite. It was accessed with my own key, but due to lack of space the basin was over the toilet, so not very convenient to use.

Piss smell in the room- to avoid!
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the host is really quick in responding.

Cons:

Our room smelled of piss! We arrived at night and the window was open (weird!) and the day after we understood why. There was a strong smell of piss in the room coming from the carpet floor. It has been so bad!
Second, the bathroom is not in the bedroom. It is actually one floor above, this is something extremely important to mention in the description. It couldn't even be locked from the outside, so we don't know if it was actually used by someone else. Anyway, I was expecting it to be in the bedroom!
Another thing it should have been specified is that the bedroom is attached to the entrance door. We couldn't sleep at night cause guests were coming in and out all the time, and the entrance door was so loud.

I do not suggest this place at all. Poor cleaning and lack of comfort.
