Best choice of hotel with respect to location. The old town is a few steps away with plenty of restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable with a balcony and sea view.
The room had even a small nook for making tea and coffee with a coffee maker and even included a small cooking top with cutlery for preparing basic meals. Staff were pleasant and made you feel at home. Good shuttle service to the airport.
The restaurant was a disappointment. We only went one time for a seafood night. Two seafood dishes to choose from with dry fish nuggets and tasteless sauce. Would recommend to eat at some of the restaurants nearby instead. We enjoyed exquisite sea food at the Marisqueria restaurant only a few steps from the hotel.

Zentrale und ruhige Lage in der Stadt und am Meer, Busbahnhof und Seilbahn in Gehdistanz, grosszügige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, Poolanlage gemütlich.
Die sehr zentrale Lage am Meer mit der Möglichkeit, flach zu spazieren. Die Möglichkeit, in den nahegelegenen Restaurant zu essen und Einkäufe zu machen.

The location was very good . Just far enough way from Funcahl centre but a very quick walk from everything you would want to do. Restaurants close by .
I went over Christmas. The age profile of the guests was very high. The bed was 2 singles pushed togther which I never like. The pool is small but good enough. The breakfast is ok. Varied not spectaular.
