DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! RISK OF GETTING FOOD POISONING
Pros:

The personnel was very helpful and polite

Cons:

We booked a room with breakfast option and we got poisoned right after eating the breakfast in the first morning of the stay in this hotel. Ended up in the emergency room.
In the picture it looks very nice. But the hotel is very very old and.
When we arrived we encountered a scene a strange man that looked like a homeless, was laying next to the stairs of the hotel entrance. When we were checking in we saw him entering the hotel elevator later, we saw him again in the elevator he was acting so strange we were afraid to enter the elevator. The room very old, the sheets had stains and the pillows were yellow. The corridors look like a refugee dormitory, very creepy.

Reception staff are so helpful and kindness

Cons:

Housekeeping staff are bad. Simply interrupt my room at 10.40am asking if i am check out today or not by pushing the door hardly like to do ambush!! So terrible! I am so disappointed because before this nothing happened like this.

Pros:

No breakfast there. There is a cafe restaurant in the hotel but it opens after after 10 am and close within 5 at the afternoon. There is no trigger at the push shower in any room. There is also a Telephone in room but no number shared not even for reception.

Cons:

Reception could have more helpful. You need to walk a lot to go any train station or Bukit Bintang or time Square.
