Magnifique hôtel ! Décoration splendide et personnel très agréable.
I like that it is a place with a lot of history
The hotel is very outdated, it has a lot of potential that is being wasted.
I wish they could’ve maintained the old essence of the hotel, but keeping it functional.
Regarding the Spa, unfortunately, only the sauna and indoor swimming pool were working, no jacuzzi nor steam room. There were no robes and no signs telling us were to find the spa, meaning we were wondering around wrapped in our towels around the hotel’s reception.
The rooms need deep cleaning. We asked for a double bed and were given 2 twin beds.
Breakfast wasn’t varied enough and there were no vegan/ lactose free milk nor gluten free options.
The parking wasn’t great considering it was raining and was full of puddles.
The garden could use some TLC.

Houve alguns detalhes que merecem atenção na preparação do quarto, como a ausência de algumas toalhas no momento da chegada. No entanto, essa questão foi prontamente resolvida após o aviso na receção.
We really liked the breakfast. It was buffet style.
the room was enough for one night. the bathroom was big with a bathtub. there were samples of gel and shampoo.
the staff was really nice.
the hotel is really really beautiful. a true masterpiece. we were amazed of the conservation of most of the spaces.
the spa is really quiet and almost always empty. we had the space for ourselves most of the time.
a lot of the facilities of the spa were closed (turkish bath, japanese "bath", jacuzzi).
the water of the pool in the spa was a bit cold. there weren´t many lounge chairs by the pool, where we could lay down.
there wasn´t a kettle or fridge in the room.
the pillows in the bed were not comfortable.

El recepcionista del hotel. Le pedimos un carro para subir las cosas y le pregunte que si las subian y pregunto ¿que lo haga yo?
Lo subimos nosotros, que no tenemos problema. Pésimo servicio al cliente. He de decir que llegamos a las 19:00 y ESTÁBAMOS SOLOS en la recepción, con lo que no hay disculpa.
O encanto do Palace, e manterem o ambiente de outrora, parece que entramos noutra era!
Bom pequeno-almoço, e simpatia dos funcionários no salão.
Instalações do Spa sem funcionar, apenas piscina e sauna. Têm banho turco, jacuzzi e várias opções de jactos na piscina sem funcionar, o que deixa a experiência de Spa ( diferenciadora na escolha do hotel) a desejar.
Bem como, o serviço de massagens indisponível.
Comprei o quarto com tipologia cama de casal e foi atribuído 2 camas de solteiro. Mesmo tendo ligado para o hotel a confirmar o pedido da cama de casal.
O edifício é decoração são incríveis. A zona do lobby tem umas salas enormes para os hóspedes poderem confraternizar e estar à vontade. Os quartos são também muito bons, pese embora a idade notória nas casas de banho, para além de se notar algum declive nos quartos.
O facto do spa ter o turco e ambos os jacuzzis fechados. Para além disso a piscina interior cheirava bastante a cloro/ químico.
Envolvência do Hotel muito bonita. Toda a decoração e preservação dos espaços.
Funcionários da receção muito simpáticas.
O quarto necessitava de alguns arranjos. TV com canais básicos.
O pequeno almoço é do mais básico que existe, muito pobre.
