Indrukwekkend hotel terug naar de jaren 30
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel dat je terug brengt naar de jaren 1930! Prachtige inkom, indrukwekkende eetzaal en grote kamers!

Cons:

Bij het inchecken was het personeel aan de balie nogal kort. Als we dan een drankje vroegen moesten ze daar iemand anders voor gaan zoeken terwijl de bar vlak naast de receptie lag!
Bij het ontbijt en uitchecken was het personeel dan wel heel vriendelijk!

O serviço de limpeza. no primeiro dia chegamos de passeio pelas 16:30h e o quarto não estava arrumado.
Dirigi-me à Recepção questionando o motivo, tendo-me sido informado que a arrumação dos quartos era até às 17:00horas!!!! Nunca vi tal coisa em Hotéis.
Conclusão: mais umas reclamações e quarto pronto às 18:00 horas.

Mooie locatie, goede faciliteiten, bad op de kamer, zwembad wad goed.

Cons:

Zwembad was om 19u dicht en niet tot 20u open zoals aangegeven door Booking.
Jacuzzis werkten niet. Fonteinen vam het zwembad ook niet.

La entrada mui bonita ..el desayuno genialy el salon donde los sirven precioso..y la piscina interior bien ..

Cons:

Reserve dos habitaciones una estandar con vistas al patio interior y otra con vistas (mas cara )las vistas eran a l parte trasera del hotel donde esta super descuidada ...
Los colchones fatal .Necesita mantenimiento ...esta bastante descuidado..

Cons:

Nossa experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. Apesar da arquitetura ser bonita e claramente mostrar que o local já teve uma época áurea, hoje o estado de conservação é muito preocupante.

O hotel está extremamente sujo, com carpete antigo, cheio de pó e causando alergias. Há um cheiro constante de ambiente fechado e pouco higienizado. Os sofás da área comum estão tão desgastados e sujos que não dá nem vontade de sentar. A sensação é de falta total de manutenção ao longo dos anos. A própria cama aparentava estar cheia de ácaros, o que prejudicou muito o conforto da estadia.

O bar do hotel é totalmente despreparado. Em vários momentos não havia ninguém para atender, e quando havia, era um funcionário da recepção claramente sobrecarregado, aparentando já estar em turno muito longo. O atendimento foi inadequado — recebemos uma bebida com gelo de limão velho e, ao pedir uma colher, ela veio suja.

As áreas externas também estão abandonadas. Os jardins estão descuidados, com mato alto, e não há manutenção visível. Tentamos caminhar para ver as vinhas, conforme indicado, mas o caminho estava tão mal cuidado que causava insegurança. Os animais no local também parecem largados, sem cuidado adequado.

Outro ponto negativo foi a publicidade enganosa. O hotel anuncia ter campo de golfe, mas não encontramos nenhuma estrutura utilizável — parece apenas uma área de mato. A piscina externa estava fechada por não ser verão, o que não é informado em nenhum canal (Booking, site ou redes sociais). Se soubéssemos disso, não teríamos escolhido este hotel. A piscina interna também está em más condições.

Como ponto positivo, o restaurante tem boa comida e o café da manhã foi agradável. No entanto, isso não compensa o restante da experiência. Saímos com uma sensação geral de desconforto e falta de higiene.

Infelizmente, não recomendamos e não voltaríamos.
