Ease of check in and check out was good
The cleanliness was questionable
Non refundable booking was a show stopper. As once i visited i could not cancel my booking and the price was too high for the location
Location of hotel was a very shabby lane and i wanted to cancel but could not as it was non refundable
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es war lustig, dass in der Beschreibung stand, dass das Zimmer 180 m² hat. Natürlich waren es 18 m². Das Personal war extrem freundlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es liegt in einem sehr armen, schmutzigen und überfüllten Viertel von Delhi.

Chambres très propres et bien équipées - rien ne manque - hôtel situé dans le vieux Delhi dans rue étroite avec plein de petits commerces de part et d’autre
Pas moyen de payer par carte - cash uniquement- réceptionniste désagréable (homme) - jeune dame plus aimable - une chambre avec du moisi - pas de salle petit déjeuner- rue étroite donc arrivée en tuktuk
Tout était très propre hygiène impeccable salle de bains impeccable eau en bouteilles à disposition thé et café eau chaude serviettes kit de bienvenue - service navette taxi payante
l’hôtel se situe dans le vieux Delhi donc rues étroites bourrées de petites échoppes - ça surprend au début mais finalement c’est sympa - arrivées en tuktuk uniquement- les taxis ne passent pas mais l’hôtel envoie qqun chercher les valises dans la rue adjacente - pas de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner mais on peut commander à n’importe quelle heure et manger dans la chambre - mais nous sommes allés à l’hôtel PYORKO a proximité qui possède un restaurant et où l’on peut manger à toute heure et pas de souci pour les estomacs étrangers
Une chambre avait du moisi mais on a demandé à changer sans problème- les chambres ne sont pas grandes - paiement cash uniquement (le paiement par cartes “en panne”!!!) - Réception : un jeune homme très désagréable qui préfère son téléphone portable plutôt que de s’occuper des clients - heureusement il y avait une jeune fille très professionnelle à côté qui nous répondait aimablement

I like that they are open 24h and they provide me food at night because its to late after that they made food.
I didn't like the service there is no towel in room and the washroom is not clean also the bucket is not clean bad was not clean its smelling. After calling again and aging they haven't provide me bath towel.
The streat was scary
Central location in Delhi. Close to shops, taxis and trains. Free bottled water was good. Front of house staff were warm and friendly.
Service was just ok, offered 24 hour room service on listing, but when requested staff were unable to manage.
