Pros:

It does have a no smoking policy... Maybe I read it wrong cuz everyone was smoking so much weed in the other rooms it was coming under the door from the hallway, had to put a towel down to keep the pot smoke from the room. Although it didn't really matter because the room smelled like weed anyway. The hallway carpet was very dirty. The room itself was not horrible. But not great. Didn't see any bugs at least. The water was plenty hot for a good shower and the bed was okay, it did the job for a cheap rest and a shower. But I definitely wouldn't take my family there. The ice machine for the whole hotel was broken also.

Pros:

This Studio 6 is a Motel 6 where people rent by the week or month. The hallways smell like weed, but thankfully our room did not. The floor of our room was sticky, like floors that are mopped with dirty water. The staff was very kind.

The people hanging around the property were sketchy & really scary. There was no elevator and I had a dog who refused to go up the stairs due to stairs being open and he could see between them..
He’s like 80 lbs so my daughter & I had to lift him up and carry him up the stairs.. The noise in the hallways after 1-3 in the morning was ridiculous.

There were cockroaches in my room by the tv (I killed 5 of them). The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The breakfast bar was not in use (maybe bc of the roaches)? Will not stay here again.
