Bad & Bad, Cant expressed in single feedback. No recommended any more. why OYO is listed such rooms.

Nit a single thing i liked....

Cons:

I booked 3 rooms... for family... informed them that ill have a late checkin through chat i got a confirmed message too ...even called to the customer care too but the property peeople didnt respond... when we arrived at property at 2 am early in the morning they simply denied the booking and they sold the roomes for some one else...just think with family including kids what we can do @ 2 am...

This is disgusting experience after paying the advance amount this hotel didn't picked my call after reaching to the hotel. I any how find the different hotel and stayed there. With my family i struggled a lot so i never recommended any one to book from OYO...
