Я только что вернулся из двухнедельного отпуска и не могу удержаться, чтобы не поделиться своими восторженными впечатлениями от проживания в этом отеле. Это было одно из самых тёплых, комфортных и по-настоящему душевных путешествий за последние годы.
С самого первого момента, как только я переступил порог, меня встретила невероятная семейная атмосфера. Заселением занималась хозяйская семья — удивительно приветливые, открытые и заботливые люди. Они приняли меня как дорогого гостя. С улыбкой рассказали про все нюансы отеля, порекомендовали, где лучше поужинать, какие места стоит посетить. Было ощущение, будто приехал не в отель, а в гости к хорошим друзьям или родственникам. Такая искренность и теплота сейчас встречается очень редко, и я до сих пор вспоминаю их с огромной благодарностью.
Сам отель превзошёл все мои ожидания. Номер был просторным, светлым и идеально чистым. Кровать — просто мечта: большая, удобная, с отличным матрасом, на которой я спал как младенец. Каждый вечер возвращался и думал: «Как же здесь хорошо!» Балкон с видом на зелёный сад, где по утрам пели птицы, стал моим любимым местом для утреннего кофе. Всё в номере было продумано до мелочей: качественный wi-fi, мощный кондиционер, удобная мебель, свежие полотенца и приятные мелочи вроде средств гигиены.
Особенно хочется отметить чистоту. Территория тоже содержится в потрясающем порядке — зелёные газоны, цветы, уютные зоны для отдыха.
Расположение отеля тоже идеальное — рядом всё, что нужно, но при этом достаточно тихо и спокойно. Я смог полностью отключиться от городской суеты и отдохнуть по-настоящему.
И отдельно хочу сказать про стоимость. За такое качество, комфорт и уровень сервиса цена оказалась просто потрясающе выгодной! Я сравнивал с другими вариантами в этом районе — и по соотношению цена/качество этот отель выигрывает с огромным отрывом. Получил уровень 4-5 звёзд, а заплатил цену хорошего трёхзвёздочного.

Be careful, be careful with this hostel. We arrived at 6 a.m., exhausted and tired from the travel, after checking in at 3 a.m. We wanted to check into our room, which we'd booked for 20 lari through Booking. We were kept waiting for nearly an hour. First, someone came and said our room was being prepared. Then, a second person came and asked where we were from and asked for 40 lari. When we showed them the Booking.com reservation, they said, "If you don't want it, go somewhere else." We insisted, and they lowered the price to 30. Due to the long journey and tiredness, we insisted, and they gave us a room that should have had a fan for 20, but was actually very hot without one. The woman, who constantly shouted and we assumed to be one of the owners, kept yelling and yelling in her own language, making us uncomfortable. We spent one evening in this uncomfortable atmosphere, but the train noise and the entire Georgia trip had a negative impact on the beginning. Everyone we spoke to in the hostel was treated similarly and asked for more money. I absolutely cannot understand how this establishment got such a high rating. They told us in a harsh and rude manner that we had to arrive an hour before checkout and leave. They waited in front of our room until we left. This is a hostel you should avoid in every way; don't let the rating fool you. If you look at the reviews on Google Maps, you'll understand.
