The rooms can be considered spacious for Japan. We used self check-in and self check-out, and didn’t encounter any issues—it was easy. For the airport transfer, we contacted the hotel through its app and arranged the service; they were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process.

Cons:

The location is somewhat out of the way. It has a dark and gloomy atmosphere. Due to ongoing renovations, the scaffolding on the exterior meant it received almost no natural light. There was also a smell issue in the bathroom, as there was no ventilation.

Stay was pleasant if you don’t mind the lack of room service.
Pros:

Clean and neat. Enough room space for 4. Clear instructions given via WhatsApp and replies were quick.

Well equipped apartment, but difficult to understand check-in processes and access to apartment was harder than it neede
Pros:

Easy and flat 5 min walk to Namba Station. Well equipped apartment.

Cons:

Self check in can be improved. Instructions to access room need improvement. Described as an apartment hotel but it is not a hotel so you cannot forward your luggage to or from here.

La chambre est relativement grande pour le Japon.
La chambre est très bien équipée.
Durant notre séjour, toutes nos demandes (via whatsapp) ont été traitées rapidement.

Cons:

Tout ce passe par le site, donc pas de personne à votre arrivée. Et si vous arrivez comme nous vers 11h, vous n’avez pas la possibilité de récupérer la chambre avant 14h. Pas de possibilité de laisser vos valises.
Autre chose, l’immeuble est en ravalement… donc il y a un échafaudage qui supprime toute la lumière dans la chambre, et vous pouvez avoir des ouvriers travaillant au niveau des fenêtres de votre chambre.

Spacious self contained apartment compared to most tourist accommodation. About 10 minute walk to main shopping chaos. Also a nice coffee shop- Anu Roasters about 5 mins walk.

Large space perfect for large groups and families. Great location walking distance to Namba station and many other sights. Having 7-11 near by was also convenient for quick meals.

très grande surface (appartement pour 4 mais nous n'étions que 2), rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Cons:

la télévision n'était pas connectée ou connectable au téléphone. l'emplacement est un peu excentré, il faut marcher 10 min jusqu'à la station de métro la plus proche.
