Pros:

Easy to find location, about a 7 minute walk from Namba Station. The room was very clean and spacious, with new appliances and lots of amenities. Staff were easy to communicate with, and the welcome guide was very useful to guide us around the accommodation with helpful recommendations around Osaka. We also really liked the ease and convenience to book a taxi for airport transfer via app.

Cons:

There is an excellent in-built ventilation system in the shower room to dry clothes, but there were not enough hangers supplied to hang clothes (when we messaged staff about this, they were quick to drop off hangers the next day). We didn't realise we had to separate rubbish so maybe a second bin would be helpful.

離南海難波步行很近，離鬧區有段距離所以不會太吵鬧，雖然有些距離但實際走體感沒有很久。房間很大四人入住很夠用，浴室的暖房功能很讚，衣服洗完掛進去開啟暖房給功能隔天早上就乾了👍

A localização é ótima, o tamanho do quarto para 4 pessoas é bom, a limpeza é boa.

A estação Namba é próxima, o comércio ao redor é excelente.

Uma coisa que a esposa reclamou foi a iluminação. Para ela estava escuro e com pouca luz. Do mais tudo OK.

Pros:

房間比想像中的大很多！四個人住完全足夠！
廚房用品也準備得很齊全，很適合想要自煮的人～
去的這幾天剛好有霸王寒流浴室有暖氣這點真的很讚～
還有洗衣機！小可惜是沒有烘乾機，但是掛在浴室中也很快就乾了～

從難波車站走過去大約5-10m，自助式CI也很方便
非常推薦！

Cons:

沒有辦放先寄放行李，也沒辦法提前寄行李到飯店有些小可惜～
