Easy checkin and out.Walking distance to Mamba station to catch train to Kansai station.Convenient with washer and dryer ensuite.

Clean and spacious
Pros:

Really good instructions given by the hotel regarding location and processes. Spacious and clean with laundry and cooking facilities in the room. Staff were easy to contact and quick to respond via online messaging. There are convenience stores and a chemist close by and the walk to Namba station with luggage was flat and easy.

Great accomodation, plenty of space and loved having the washing machine
Pros:

Hotel Namba was a 15 min walk from the nearest train station which felt like a bit of a hike with our suitcases, but once we go there we were very happy with the accommodation. Having 2 doubles and a pull out sofa really suited our family of 4. Having a fridge and washing machine was also greatly appreciated. Located in a local neighbourhood, it was quiet at night time and our apartment had a view of the local park full of sakura trees.

Cons:

I think the location was the only thing that let down this apartment. Given the room rate, I would have expected it to be closer to the action. Walking home at night, particularly past all the gambling centres was the only time I felt I needed to be alert and aware of my surroundings. It was a long walk after being out all day.

Cons:

There was a scaffolding built just next to the terrace, and the room was very dark. We asked for a replacement; the new room was available only from the next day, which was a bit inconvenient. But the staff helped to manage everything. The room itself was spacious, with a good location close to Namba station and a 7-11 nearby.

Fantastisk indrettet lejlighed med super god beliggenhed. Ligger dog stille.

Cómodo y buena ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de zonas turísticas pero siendo una zona tranquila. Nuestro apartamento para 3 personas estaba bien de tamaño, con camas cómodas, baño completo y fácil acceso.

Cons:

No es un hotel, sino apartamentos sin recepción ni personal, por lo que el nombre puede llevar a confusión.
