Do not stay here unless if you would like to stranded and ignored.

This is not a hotel or even Airbnb. Advertised as hotel but is a remotely operated operation by chat, perhaps from another city or country, like a third rate online customer service with no idea about hospitality business.

Overall it’s a pleasant stay, value for money
Pros:

Bigger size compared to the usually small hotel room in Japan. Good location too, walking distance to metro station and convenient store, yet quiet enough for resting.

Cons:

The lighting in the room is rather inadequate, too dark for my liking

Everything! Super nice, comfortable and clean. Very comfy beds, darkening curtains, it is very quiet. The apartment is stylish, the location is very central. You can reach the staff easily via booking.com. They are super responsive and nice. The apartment looks exactly as shown on the pictures.

Cons:

The only issue: if you arrive too early there is not really a luggage storage. We could get in earlier, which was super kind. But make sure you got mobile data to communicate with them.

Big, clean and very modern.

Cons:

We booked and paid thru Booking.com with our CC. We went immediately to the hotel and realized there is no staff and thay you must pay additional tax online before you can get the codes to open the doors. Problem is, when using a.visa card on their website, one needs to be able to receive a verify by visa code on your home phone number, which in my case is not available as I am travelling for 3 months.and have shut that number down. This was very stressful as we had paid already, except for three tax. Also Booking says, dont pay anymore??. We'll you won't get in if you dont.

Perfect location and the biggest apartment I stayed in throughout Japan!
Pros:

Apartment was very roomy as pictured and in a great, quiet location still so close to everything we needed! Everything was lovely and clean and I would definetly stay here again!

Cons:

Beds were comfortable but the pillows were quite thin and dense and there was only 4 of them for three of us.

Great location, very comfortable ‘apartment’
Pros:

Excellent location two blocks from Edion Arena (we came for Sumo) and five blocks from Namba station. 7-11 a block and a half away. Bathroom was next level. Beds were comfortable and there was space to move around. Refrigerator and microwave, kitchen sink and plates cups and utensils all good. Washing machine is great (use google translate for detailed options) and bathroom serves as a drying room ( next level remember?)

Cons:

The kitchen cooking equipment was minimal- but refrigerator and microwave were excellent and we didn’t cook anything anyway. This is an apartment stay and there is no ‘front desk’ but they are responsive to messages

Has everything you need yet not too much at the same time, modern, clean, comfortable stay

Simple system, felt like our own place. Arrived early and granted a slightly early check in

Cons:

The app was hard to use. The chat function didn’t work with my phone so I went through booking.com which eventually worked
