Зупинялись на 5 днів, відпочинок зимою, катання на лижах. Зручне розташування, біля навчального схилу,переїзд на фунікулер за кілька хвилин. Прибирання було кожного дня, гарні сніданки як у дорогому ресторані. Окрема подяка адміністратору Наталі, зателефонувала за день до приїзду, надіслала безкоштовні квитки з Болцано( трансфер на потяг та автобус), та відвідування Спа, зорієнтувала по місцю розташування. Тихий, спокійний готель, хороша звукоізоляція.

Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had! The owners and staff were very friendly and what a great location! We were within a short walking distance to all the lifts within the town. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pra Palma Hotel in Ortisei. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with stunning views that made us pause in awe each morning.

The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and genuine – we truly felt cared for. Breakfast was a highlight of each day: a lovely presentation of fresh, local products, with unique touches that made it feel truly special. Every detail showed pride and attention, and we looked forward to it each morning.

The location is fantastic – close to everything we wanted to explore in Ortisei and the Dolomites. We also appreciated the practical conveniences: after checking out, we were still able to store our luggage safely in the ski room. There was also a restroom on the lower level, which made it easy for us to freshen up before continuing our journey. These small touches made a big difference.

Pra Palma is more than just a hotel – it felt like a warm and thoughtful retreat. If we ever return to Ortisei (and we hope we do), we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. We wouldn’t do it any other way.

We spent seven nights at Pra Palmer. Our experience was exceptional. The owner, Alexander, was available, friendly and very courteous, Nataliya, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with any and all information we needed on where to eat, how to get to numerous activities and sightseeing areas. In all the years we have traveled, we have never experienced such a warm, friendly and kind person dedicated to help us have the best experience possible.
Finally, and just as important to us, our breakfast was excellent. Sandy greeted us each morning with a smile and genuine kindness. Every morning, we looked forward to seeing her and welcomed her interest in making sure we had a wonderful trip.
We could not have picked a better place to stay. If you are looking for a wonderful experience with a great location and onsite parking this is the place to stay.

We loved our stay at the Pra Palmer and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Dolomites. The Pra Palmer is a small family managed guest house, and all the staff members were exceptional. Alexander, Caroline, and Nataliya made sure we had an excellent time during our stay, assisting us with dinner reservations, and hiking trails. The room was cozy and had plenty of space. The breakfast prepared by Sandy and Petra was delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to the busy days hiking. If you are planning a trip to the Dolomites, there is no way that a hotel can get better than the Pra Palmer.

The staff are exceptional, personable and informative. Location is fabulous, at the bottom of the slopes, at 300 metres of the community aquatic centre (which includes pools, steam baths and saunas), and easy walking distance to town and its various restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, including freshly baked pastries, fresh juices and breads, charcuteries, cheeses and cooked eggs. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

The hotel is clean, newly funished and modern, 5 minutes walk from the center and 7 minutes walk from the cables cars.
The brakefast is tasty, rich and fresh.
The staff is very helpful and nice
