Superb Hotel - Highly recommended!!
Pros:

This Hotel is extraordinarily clean, modern, has very nice rooms and an extremely helpful and friendly staff - there is nothing I can think of which can be improved! Highly recommended. Great location in the middle of Haridwar, very near to Ganga and Ganga Arti.
I am from Europe and have done a lot of travels....

Pros:

It is the best place to stay if you want to stay close to har ki pauri and market area. The rooms were super clean and hygienic. The service was really good. The staff is very helpful and polite. I will recommend it to anyone blindly. Special thanks to Gurdeep for helping us and guiding through the routes and parking spot.

Wonderful safe hotel near Ganges
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. Staff were exceptional & as we were international travellers we could easily communicate in English. Rooms were spacious & clean. Just a short walk to the Ganges. We ate out, as it was a short stay. It is in the quiet area which we appreciated. Would definitely stay again

Comfortable & peaceful.
Pros:

Hotel was centrally located with spacious rooms & cleanliness was good. Well maintained rooms. Breakfast spread was good & all dishes were tasty with very prompt service by restaurant team.
Front desk was welcoming & very helpful.

Cons:

Parking facility especially after checkout, the car was parked in an open parking space which got quite dirty & Hotel can look to add a cleaning service while car handover. Safety wise it was good as hotel tag was there & parking staff cross checked it before letting the vehicle out.
This is wishlist but considering the price point of hotel, everything else is good & recommended for family or couple travelers.

Peace of mind
Pros:

Everything was top notch.
Very clean rooms with all the necessary stuff like kettle, toiletries, hair dryer etc. Humble staff.
Convenient location.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
Just small suggestions to add dual switches at both side of the bed and add hangers behind the door.

A smooth, hassle-free stay with excellent staff and highly efficient valet service.
Pros:

Everything about the stay was very positive. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the food was consistently good throughout my visit. A major highlight was the valet service; they were incredibly efficient, and my car was always available and ready exactly when I needed it without any delays

I had no problems during my stay. Everything met my expectations well.
