Pros:

Cleanliness, behaviour of the staff, strategic position of the hotel & soothing ambience.
I would like to come again and also would recommend others to stay in this hotel.
Front desk staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Would only suggest to change the moisturizer in the bathroom. It doesn't smell good after sometime.

Comfortable, well managed modern accommodation at reasonable price
Pros:

A very modern, refurbished hotel which provides clean comfortable accommodation. The room was well laid out and Bed comfortable. staff were quick to respond to request. Hotel appeared well managed.

Cons:

The bathroom could be better designed. The shower was not enclose so water splashed everywhere making it untidy - a shower enclose would be very useful.

Magnifique hôtel très classe !
Très bon accueil et personnels très sympathiques.
Très bon petit-déjeuner à l'indienne. J'ai vraiment apprécié le choix. C'était mon meilleur breakfast de mon séjour en Inde.
J'ai même pu garer ma moto devant l'hôtel. Très arrangeant.
Bien placé et magnifique ballade en ville pour rejoindre Har Ki Pauri pour le Ganga Aarti.
Possibilité de prendre une passerelle à proximité de l'hôtel pour marcher de l'autre côté du gange.

Everything was great except room heating

Pros:

I stayed this hotel for 1 night and I really enjoy the service like cleanses and all facility was fantastic along with food quality and hygiene was really good.

Modern hotel, good location, food could be improved
Pros:

Modern hotel only 10 minute walk from the station and about 30 minutes to Har Ki Pauri. Bright room with balcony overlooking the street. Welcoming staff on reception who helped us arrange a safari trip.

Cons:

Room was quite cold and noisy with poor sound insulation. Restaurant menu had limited options for western tastes. As a female I felt uncomfortable with frequent stares from all-male staff.

The room was clean. The staff - really helpful. Location was good. You can pay at the property by international visa card. Overall - very good!

Cons:

A little bit noisy. It had some little stains on sheets but I guess that's normal for India.

Nice, clean, quiet, competent hotel
Pros:

Clean and well-built property convenient to the rail station and in a quieter area. Staff was competent and friendly and spoke English well.
