Pros:

Overall, the Hotel experience was amazing, my complaint is the cost, I only stayed 1 night, and it cost me $343.00 which is insane, plus the room I stayed in was extremely small. I recently booked and Airbnb for only $243.0 for 3 days. I think next time I will be using Airbnb going forward.

Adequate for what I needed and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was self serve with a good variety and decent quality. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours. The hotel was an easy walk to the main streets with restaurants, takeaways and shops. The train station was within a 10 minute walk. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

There was no drawer unit in my room leaving wardrobe shelf, main table or bedside table the only places to keep odds and ends.

Pros:

I booked a double standard room and was given a full room, the smallest room in the hotel. I was overcharged for the room and cannot get a refund. Booking.com and the hotel are blaming each other for the issue. Still waiting for a resolution

Overall, they did have breakfast in the morning, which was pretty decent and I would stay again
Pros:

It was close and convenient to where I wanted to visit the hospital and nursing home a lot of restaurants in stores nearby

Cons:

I didn’t like the parking you had to walk next to the garage for valet parking it was a bit far as I have trouble walking. I think the valet should be at the front door of the hotel. when you went to pick your car up, you had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to bring it to you.
