The owner is respectable and considerate. It's a cozy spot to stay and as long as you're respectful yourself you should be just fine 😁

We did not stay there nor did we see the property

Cons:

First off the description of the property is very misleading and doesn't truly give a direct view. Second and more importantly after booking the property paying the money our 3 month old daughter had a medical emergency and we were on our way there we asked for a refund and we told him that night that we weren't going to be able to make it and why but they're only response was if they had to get a clean crew to spice the place up before we got there when I booked it and paid for it it was only a couple hours later that we were on our way there and they didn't even know anybody had booked the room until we told them I seriously doubt that they needed the entire fee for the room to pay to have probably themselves or a family member spice up the bedroom but we surely could have used that money in return. Are you going to explain to the property owner that I understood if we couldn't get the money back because he lost revenue and turning away other renters but he didn't he took all our money and it says it was for somebody to clean it before we got there.
