Bom custo benefício. Boa localização, pois é possível fazer muito coisa a pé. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem uma boa variedade.
Os funcionários são simpáticos e educados.

MUITO barulho na rua de madrugada
Pros:

Café da manhã e localização ótimos

Cons:

Não existe isolamento acústico nos quartos. Além de dar pra ouvir o quarto do lado, o barulho na rua de madrugada é intenso e durou quase a noite inteira (pessoas gritando pela rua, provavelmente alcoolizadas). Para um hotel padrão Íbis e com poucos andares, era o mínimo que eu esperava.

Obs: eu já fiquei no mesmo hotel anos atrás e não me lembro de ter tido esse tipo de problema, mas sei que a cidade de Balneário cresceu e está muito mais movimentada agora
