God valuta for pengene, reiser gjerne tilbake!

Frokosten var veldig god, og hadde det vi trengte og ønsket for en fin start på dagen. Beliggenheten til hotellet var upåklagelig, like ved Avenida Brasil, og personalet var svært hyggelig og imøtekommende. Jeg hadde rom i 4. etasje med svært god internetttilkobling.

Cons:

Rommet luktet litt, men det kan ha vært på grunn av den høye luftfuktigheten i området.

Pagamos R$ 1.162,35 por duas diárias no ibis Styles Balneário Camboriú - 1 Quadra do Mar, mas nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.

Ao chegarmos, tivemos a impressão de que nos foi atribuído um dos piores quartos do estabelecimento. A vista dava diretamente para a área onde ficam as unidades de ar-condicionado, tornando a experiência pouco agradável e diferente do que esperávamos para uma hospedagem desse valor.

O atendimento dos funcionários também nos decepcionou. Não sentimos a atenção, a cordialidade e o acolhimento que esperamos de um hotel. Em vários momentos, tivemos a impressão de que éramos hóspedes de segunda categoria, como se nossa presença não fosse importante, ou como se nosso dinheiro não tivesse nenhum valor diante de outros hóspedes, dando a impressão de ser categorizados por status social. Esperávamos ser tratados com respeito e receber um atendimento mais atencioso e próximo.

Outro problema sério foi a condição das toalhas. A toalha disponibilizada inicialmente estava molhada. Quando solicitamos a troca, recebemos outras toalhas desbotadas e encardidas, com aparência de panos de chão. Isso é inaceitável para um hotel que cobra esse valor por duas noites.

Além disso, na primeira limpeza do quarto, esqueceram de repor o papel higiênico, um item básico que deveria ser verificado durante a arrumação.

A televisão também deixou muito a desejar. Havia pouquíssimos canais disponíveis, aproximadamente cinco ou seis, e não encontramos opções interessantes para assistir. Em outros hotéis mais baratos, já tivemos acesso a serviços de streaming, como Netflix, e a uma variedade muito maior de entretenimento. Pelo preço cobrado, esperávamos uma estrutura melhor.

A conexão Wi-Fi foi outro ponto negativo. O sinal era extremamente fraco e a internet praticamente não funcionava adequadamente no quarto.
