O atendimento na recepção é excelente e o café da manhã é nota 1000.

Cons:

O quarto possui apenas uma lixeira, deveriam disponibilizar uma outra embaixo da mesa de computador, fundo de garantir a melhor separação do lixo.

Pros:

A localização é boa.
Café da manhã é razoável, apesar de não ter nenhuma variação.
Os funcionários são educados.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos (a funcionária sempre esquecia alguma coisa (toalha, pano do chão do banheiro).
A cama que colocaram para meu filho dormir, era de mola, barulhenta, e toda manchada (aparência de suja).
Banheiro sem circulação de ar.
A acústica do hotel é péssima, ficamos no 5º andar e ouvíamos todo o barulho da rua.

Minha hospedagem foi excelente! O hotel superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e muito bem organizados. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, educada e sempre disposta a ajudar. O café da manhã é delicioso e variado, e toda a estrutura do hotel transmite conforto e qualidade. Ficamos num quarto proximo do elevador, barulho constante dos cabos de aço/ maquina elevador + o hospede do quarto acima, possui crianças que batiam no chão, com sapatos, cadeiras... ainda bem que foi até um determinado horario.....
