Não foi conforme contratado
Cons:

Solicitei cama de casal, mas apesar do pagamento antecipado, disponibilizaram camas de solteiro conjugadas e o desconforto é nítido. No último dia de acomodação conseguiram um quarto conforme contratado, mas já próximo do check out o transtorno de troca de quarto não atenderia mais a solicitação.

Café da manhã bom, localização ótima, bem central, equipe bastante atenciosa.

Cons:

Basicamente dois pontos: não havia tapete nem toalha de mão no banheiro, então precisamos pedir, e ao final não foi possível ficarmos, por cortesia, mais 1 hora além do checkout.
