Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Frühstück im Café Mojo, welches nebenan liegt. Dies ist gleichzeitig auch die Rezeption. Auch die Lage ist super, nicht weit entfernt vom Strand und von der Einkaufs Meile.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten von Anfang an einen undichten Wasserhahn. Der Wasserhahn und das Waschbecken waren lose. Das wurde zunächst repariert, aber leider nicht gründlich. Das Wasser tropfte weiterhin auf den Boden, sodass es immer nass im Badezimmer war. Wir haben es jeden Tag reklamiert, leider ohne Erfolg. Weitere Mängel:
- Abfluss in der Dusche hat extrem gestunken
- Es wurde trotz Schild nicht gereinigt
- Das Licht im Zimmer und Bad ist sehr dunkel und rötlich
- Bett extrem hart
- Kühlschrank sehr in die Jahre gekommen, da würde ich nichts lagern
- Die Möbel sind auch in die Jahre gekommen, haben alle Mängel

Our stay at The Reef
Pros:

The breakfast deserves an honorable mention as it is spectacular. There are several western options in their menu. Their preparation leaves many high-end hotels behind. This is the kind of breakfast you look forward to when you wake up!

Our room was spacious and had an extremely silent air conditioning.

The minibar was stocked with many items, with prices comparable to those at 7-Eleven (price-match).

Cons:

We had a problem with a drain that didn't drain the water. The bathroom was always flooded after we took a shower. Bad mattress. Already very old, you could see the deformation in it.

We were lucky that our room was located at the back of the accommodation but we wouldn't be so happy about being one of the first rooms as the street is very busy with motorbike noise all day long.

The hotel also has a café open to the public. Near the entrance, guests are asked to leave their luggage in a designated area while they go to the reception / café, but the bags remain completely unattended and without any labeling or supervision. The space is open to both guests and the public, with no staff monitoring it. It was surprising to see luggage left so exposed, and at the very least the hotel should store guests’ belongings in a secure, closed area.

(In our case, we arrived slightly before check-in during a busy time, and the check-in process felt a bit chaotic. We received little information and were asked to wait for a welcome drink, but after about 20 minutes we gave up. Later we learned our luggage would have been left in the 'reception area', though the staff kindly offered to store it in a locked space until check-in time.)

Check-in time is after 3pm but from 4pm onwards, the hotel has limited service by telephone. After 9pm, only emergencies.

For the high price for 4 days (645 USD), the price-performance ratio was not good.

Ausgezeichnetes, westliches Frühstück (mit hausgemachten Sauerteigbrot) in schönem Ambiente. Gute Lage - zentral, aber nachts ruhig. Leise Klimaanlage.

Un bon séjour pour profiter de l’île
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter au mieux de l’île. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et la grande plage horaire pour en profiter est très appréciable.

Cons:

La chambre au rez de chaussée n’est pas agréable, manque de lumière et pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre.

We komen zeker terug!
Pros:

Mooie kamer, schoon, warme douche, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, het ontbijt was fantastisch (de beste in 3 weken Thailand)

Cons:

Het matras was heel hard
Je moet een klein stukje lopen naar het strand (5-10 min) maar zit well vlakbij veel restaurants

Fajny hotel, 2 minuty od głównego deptaka
Pros:

Pokoje małe ale jest w nich to czego potrzebujesz do spania (łóżko, klimatyzacja). W łazience mydło, szampon, odżywka. Lodówka z produktami z 7/11 w cenach sklepowych. Darmowa mała woda. Śniadania podawane są z karty i są bardzo smaczne. Byliśmy przed godziną zameldowania - dostaliśmy powitalny koktajl co było bardzo miłe.

Cons:

Komary (nie tylko w obiekcie ale na całej wyspie) - trzeba szybko zamykać drzwi :)

Solide Unterkunft 🏝️☀️
Pros:

Das Café und der Aussenbereich waren sehr schön. Das Frühstück und das Personal waren eine glatte 1!

Cons:

Teilweise schon verwohnt und das Bad müsste neu gemacht werden. Darüber hinaus war eine Jalousie defekt.
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Straße und man kann schon die Müllautos ordentlich hören. Am besten packt man Ohropax ein. Zudem sind dort Mücken. Die Unterkunft sollte ein Mosquitonetz aufhängen.
