great value for money.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options.
The hotel offers spacious parking, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it’s definitely great value for money.

Cons:

The only downside was the shuttle service, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was awesome and I would highly recommend this place.

Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean, but it’s very far from amenities and restaurants, and there are no staff members to take orders or provide room service. You can’t even get the most basic services unless you go down to the front desk and ask for them yourself.

Cons:

الفندق جيد ونظيف ولاكن الموقع بعيد جدا عن الخدمات والمطاعم ولا يوجد موظفين لاستقبال الطلبات او خدمات الغرف ولا يمكنك الحصول حتى على أبسط الخدمات إلا بالنزول للاستقبال وطلبها بنفسك

الاستقبال غير مدربين وعند طلب فاتورة ضريبة ب B to Bتم اصدر فاتورة B to C ولم تستطع التعديل بحجة انا الادارة المحاسبية في اجازة الواصح من الفندق انه موسمي ولذا الخدمات والموظفين غير جيد لقلة الخبرة والتدريب مع اني اريد ان اكتب عبارات اشد لكن ..... الوضع سيء بختصار

الغرف مرتبة و الاثاث نوعا ما جديد

Cons:

بعيد مرة على الحرم و لا أنصح فيه للي يريد يصلي بالحرم، ما فيش اهتمام بتنظيف الغرف الاستجابة من الموظفين بطيئة جدا
