We enjoyed the stay. And highly recommended.
Pros:

I like the ambiance and the location. Room is as advertised. They even have washing machine! The place is spacious for 4.

Cons:

Both AC are leaking but we don’t mind it that much.

Great Location
Pros:

I booked this for a work trip and it’s much better at staying at hotels since if’s right in front of my office. The host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Cons:

1. The AC would sometimes leak so if you have something in the couch it could get wet
2. It didn’t a comforter or duvet so the first two nights were uncomfortable. Luckily my family sent me a comforter so all sorted.
3. The doorbell rang everyday between 10-1045am to collect trash. This was very annoying specially because I work different hours. So it I fell asleep at 7am and the doorbell rang at 10am it is a nightmare. I reported to the host and told me to ask the reception to stop doing that. I did. But had to do it 3x before they actually stopped. Can’t believe that for a modern building like this they don’t have a good system for trash collection and have to disturb people. 🤷‍♀️
4. You’re not allowed to leave your bags at reception (my flight is in the evening). I always stay at air-bnb types in BGC and they don’t normally make a fuss if I leave my bag after check-out as I always take the same evening flight out.

I know this looks like a lot of negatives, but listing these out so it could be improved by the host. Overall I would still stay here for the convenience of being a few steps away from Uptown mall.

We would’ve like an instruction manual for usage of the TV and water heater. The host was very helpful but nonetheless it would be easier for foreign guests if a booklet were provided.
