La atención de la dueña, y que la convivencia fue muy buena pues ni nos topamos durante mi estadía.

Pros:

Elena is a great host, if you need some thing just ask here. Super friendly, great shower. And al the rest you would need to stay for a longer time.. Just a short distance to Rufaza where the nice restaurants and bars are situated. Valancia is a great city to do a layover or even longer time... Friendly people and enough to see and do. Great food.

Not the perfect place to stay - wouldn't recommend it
Pros:

It is close to Russafa district with lots of restaurants and nice cafes.

Cons:

Unfortunately this place didn't meet my expectation for nice place to stay. It's a room that is part of shared apartment and people are living next room. Take note that the bathroom is shared and not clean enough for my personal criteria, very small towel, you better bring your own if you choose this place.
We have some problems to lock the front door and the lady was there all the time and wanted to talk and talk. Also you have to take off your shoes in the apartment.
I feel really sorry that I didn't notice that the room is part of shared apartment. Otherwise I wouldn't book it.

it’s close to town

There is no elevator and IT IS NOT HOTEL, ITS NOT A DELUXE KING ROOM. the day before we arrived there she texted and tell me she is not at home all the time and i was like wait home? and after we arrived turned out it’s a flat and sharing the bathroom. there are other people at home. The room is cold and there is a note in the room says be quiet after 11pm? it’s not a cozy deluxe king room I couldn’t feel comfortable at all. no tv, WiFi really bad. you need to climb 4-5 floors. she is trying to talk to you all the time if you need anything (i understand that she is trying to be nice but i just wanted my privacy. every time i left my room she was coming to talk so i had problems leaving for bathroom naked 😭😭💔) if i knew pay less money and rent a hall apartment right. in the end it’s not a bad place. just our expectations were little bit higher.
