I did not stay there, i went to hotel diamond leaf 100 meter away. It was much better.
Pros:

This hotel runs a racket of inviting customers online at cheaper rates and then deny room by giving excuses that no room available, also the treatment was inhuman as the manager was opportunistic to ask higher price of 2500 for a room where online price was 906. I was traveling due to Chandigarh tgt exam with my sister. Their rude behaviour demoralised us. Neither they mind it nor they ask booking.com to withdraw their hotel from their website. Their simple motive of online appearance is to attract customers. My genuine advice to all the people is that avoid any hotel that show extraordinarily low price, rather, confirm at your own risk. Else your efforts will go waste.

Cons:

Everything rude behaviour, the fact that the owner has 20 such hotels and when demand rises, it never accept online booking. One more family faced similar problem. They were police men so they got another room by company elsewhere.
