Sehr freundliches, flexibels Personal.
Wir bekamen sogar vor Restaurantöffnung unser Bierchen. Alles lief unkompliziert. Sehr schön empfanden wir, dass man sich mit Kaffee bedienen durfte u der inklusive war.

Cons:

Leider war mein Bett etwas durchgelegen und für meinen Rücken nicht Akzeptabel, aber ich konnte in das dritte Bett ausweichen von der Sitzgruppe,somit war alles okay.

Frühstück ganz gut, alles dabei, was man gerne hat. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Nett renoviertes Hotel, mit einfach ausgestatten Zimmern, äußerst sauber. Es fehlt an nichst. Die Empfangsdame hat sich die Mühe gemacht uns vor Ankunft anzurufen, um uns zu informieren, wo der Schlüssel für unser Zimmer hinterlegt wird. Das war SEHR aufmerksam! Frühstück ganz gut, alles dabei, was man gerne hat. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Enttäuscht hat uns nichts.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommen. Der Spieleraum für Kinder ist ein wirkliches Highlight, das wir so bisher noch nicht gesehen haben. Die Lounge ist sehr schön Eingerichtet. Am Abreise Tag konnte die Lounge und der Spieleraum auch nach Check Out noch genutzt werden. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hochwertig und setzt auf viele regionale Produkte.
Zum Skilift Unterwasser sind es nur 400m

Fantastische Reise in die Zweitheimat
Pros:

Alles war wie immer tadellos :-). Besonders erwähnenswert ist die dunkelhaarige Mitarbeiterin J.Targiroff an der Rezeption - eine sehr freundliche und sympathische Mitarbeiterin, die dem Aufenthalt jeweils noch die Krone aufsetzt.
