Important information:

Please note that the pool is filtered naturally by aquatic plants therefore organic sunscreen is required for swimming.

There is no air-conditioning but a heating and cooling system.

Please note that the restaurant La Coopérative du Domaine Riberach is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Comptoir-Cave is open for lunch and dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, as well as Sunday lunch.

Please note that the hotel cannot guarantee availability of a table in the restaurant on the day of arrival. Please contact the hotel in advance to make a reservation at the restaurant.

Half-board rate is composed as follows: starter, main meal, dessert EXCEPT DRINKS.

Cons:

There was some noise during the night over 3h from possibly other guests. It is quite difficult to intervene during the night to stop this. It would be advantageous to have a night shift on-site.

La collocazione del posto.

Cons:

All'arrivo, dopo 850 Km di viaggio, ci siamo trovati a tradimento in una stanza che non era quella prenotata. Anziché una junior suite nella vasca con vista sulla valle, ci siamo trovati in una junior suite sopra la vasca, vista strada su casa diroccata e auto abbandonata, con puzza di fogna, minibar rotto e senza sapone, per lo stesso prezzo. A quanto pare, la direzione ha ritenuto arbitrariamente di assegnare la nostra stanza a qualcun altro, in barba al fatto che avessimo già pagato per intero il soggiorno. Siamo stati spostati in una camera più piccola, vista valle, cambiando 3 stanze in 4 giorni, avendo la nostra solo per le ultime 2 notti. Le scuse della direzione si sono limitate a 40 euro di rimborso per notte (tanto vale la stanza piccola in meno della junior fogna rottamata vista strada) e una bottiglia di vino da 13 euro che abbiamo rifiutato, considerandola offensiva. Per non parlare della maleducazione dello staff del bistrot. Colazione...prodotti di qualità modesta e un ristorante stellato che non sa fare le uova in camicia. Il tutto a un prezzo esoso in mano a persone che non hanno idea di come mettere a proprio agio i clienti. Se non fosse che siamo arrivati alle 8 di sera, in un paese in mezzo al nulla e che avevamo già pagato, ce ne saremmo andati altrove, anziché farci trattare a pesci in faccia. E Booking.com non ha nemmeno risposto al reclamo. Che serietà!

Pros:

La gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Chambre petite et sombre, repas qui n'est pas digne d'un étoilé. Si vous raffolez de belles tables, fuyez ! Les mets semblaient sortis du congélateurs, pain blanc inmangeable, très peu d créativité et de saveurs dans l'assiette malheureusement. Addition démesurée, très mauvais rapport qualité/rapport.

Grundsätzlich finde ich die Domaine Riberach wunderbar - kleinere Sachen welche es zu verbessern gibt, sollten auch gem

Bei den Zimmern sollte das Equipment etas besser unterhalten werden: z.B. Vorhänge die von den Vorgängern leider zerstört wurden resp. im Bad sollten die Fugen in der Dusche erneuert werden.

Une expérience très agréable dans un cadre qui invite au repos
Pros:

La rénovation du bâtiment, la chambre spacieuse avec une grande baignoire, la salle du restaurant, le jardin, le service en salle et l’accueil du personnel.
Les chiens sont super bien accueillis.
Nombreuses promenades et randonnées aux alentours.
Le menu en 3 temps était délicieux et les vins sélectionnés aussi.
Le geste de la réception suite à ma mauvaise expérience avec le ventilateur.

Cons:

La chambre en bord de route avec un réveil matinal dû aux conversations des gens dans la rue.
La chaleur dans la chambre parce que le ventilateur ne fonctionnait qu’à la vitesse minimum.

Pros:

Cet établissement est fabuleux, la vue est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins, les restaurants sont de grande qualité, la literie très confortable, je recommande pour ceux qui veulent un petit coin de paradis au calme.
