Dirty rooms, booked for a triple executive room and got another room.
Too much noise as windows not closing. Too much dust in the room.
Stains on the walls.
Expected to wash your bum and pat dry as no tissue provided.
Duvet torn and dirty linen.

Pathetic
Pros:

The manager refused to give room. He said we have already informed Booking.com. When we made him talk to booking.com guy, he told him we don’t have room and we can’t accommodate. We had to find another property and had to carry our baggage along. It was our business trip. This refusal of room and spoiled our 3 hours to find new hotel.

Pathetic experience with hotel management.

Very disappointing experience with Booking.com

Will not use again for sure.
