Blacklist Fab Hotels, remove them from Booking.com and refund all my money

Cons:

This is my WORST hotel experience in 30+ years of travelling. The Fab Hotel took my money upfront and on the day of check-in notified me that I will be moved to another location 5 km away on the outskirts of the town. I had booked and paid for Fab Hotel Hari Kunj based on description and importantly location for access. There was a popular local festival on that date and it seems the room rates in the town sky-rocketted and Fab Hotels kicked me out at the last moment, most likely to profit from increased rates. I had no choice but to accept the move as this was done at the last moment and I was already traveling on my way to check-in
The location they shifted me to, is basically a garbage dump with garbage strew in corridors. It had dust covered rooms, was infested by rats and cockroaches running around in the room. The deal had breakfast included and the place had no provision for it…the bought cheap INR 30-40 pooris from roadside pushcarts which was obviously unclean and unhygienic. To top the whole situation, the caretaker-manage turned out to be a thief and stole from my personal stuff. Fortunately the value was small but he was basically a thief.
Booking.com should be ashamed of having such hotels and groups on their website…Fab Hotels should be blacklisted as they committed fraud on me and I demand to be compensated by way of refunding the entire cost of stay for 3 days. I would never have accepted such a place but for the fact that money was taken upfront
