Our experience was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and seemed unprepared to handle even basic requests. This hotel did not function like a normal hotel should. For example, there was no proper check-in process and no regular housekeeping service. To have our room cleaned, we were required to physically submit our room key, which is very unusual—typical hotels clean rooms automatically or allow guests to schedule service without having to hand over their key.

Additionally, the hotel was extremely noisy. There were people shouting and cursing outside the building, and the noise continued late into the night. Nothing was done about it until we specifically asked the staff to intervene, which was frustrating and unacceptable.

Overall, the stay felt disorganized, poorly managed, and uncomfortable. We would not recommend staying here.

No windows in room and the size was small. Also the toilet was not clean and there was constant noise of exhaust.

I honestly don't understand how this hotel earned its 3-star rating. There's a serious lack of honesty in the way it’s presented online versus what you actually experience.

Staff:
There was no warm welcome upon arrival. The staff were abrupt and borderline rude. Instead of polite questions, I was met with demanding phrases like “Give me your passport” and “Do you have reservation!” And what even is “What is your good name?” that’s not English. Staff (except the one running the reception) didn’t speak English at all and showed no effort to be helpful or courteous.

Throughout the stay, there was zero hospitality. I had to open all doors myself, even with heavy luggage. No help was offered during checkout either. staff were just sitting and staring at their phones. It felt like, “The transaction is complete, so why make any effort?”

Noise:
The walls are paper thin. You hear everything — conversations in the hallway, people slamming doors, the phone constantly ringing at reception, and even your neighbors’ TV or bathroom use. It’s impossible to get a peaceful night’s rest.

Hygiene:
This was the biggest shock. I heard rats running around the upper floor at night and day. Yes, rats. The room was covered in a visible layers of dust. That's not 1 day of not dusting! The bedding and towels were stained, greyish, and far from fresh. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time.

To top it off, the bathroom drain didn’t work. So every shower turned into an unexpected foot bath. Not exactly what I had in mind. No hot water. The shower head was 2 meters up and not adjustable.

No ventilation in the room. No window. It was smell of dampness in the room from poor ventilation.

Overall:
A truly unpleasant stay. The lack of cleanliness, hospitality, and basic comfort made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it undergoes serious improvements.
