We liked the hotel and staff. The location was nice and quiet!

Property is located conveniently near I10 but far enough to be quiet and in a nice setting. Staff was so friendly it was a pleasure speaking with them.

Disappointing
Pros:

The property was in a nice location, staff was great, lobby and hallways were clean and even smelled very nice. The pet price of $50 was reasonable and the breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Our room was not clean, urine left on the toilet seat and rim and floor. Bathtub had soap scum, the towels did not smell fresh, the folded kitchen towels had food particles on them, the dishes felt greasy and the glasses had not been cleaned. The furniture was dirty. We were too tired from 2 days of travel to Florida to move rooms once we discovered the above issues so even though the desk offered to send in housekeeping I asked for Clorox wipes and cleaned up the bathroom my self. The desk person was understanding to my complaints but I was told to contact booking.com for a full refund.
