Exceptional staff, clean rooms, and a happy, satisfied family!
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were kind to our young kids and dog, especially after arriving later at night when we were tired from being in the car for 12 hours. The facilities and room were clean and our suite was stocked with plates, towels, and more. Beds were comfy and clean. We slept so well that night! Our kids really enjoyed this stay.

Cons:

My only negative was that breakfast was gone quickly in the morning. It was about 9:00 (breakfast ended at 10:30) and it had been picked through. We waited a short time to see if they'd bring anything new out and they didn't. The options looked like they would have been decent though. We still got to have a bagel and a fruit.

We went for a wedding and where the hotel was situated. It was close to everything I would book again.
Pros:

Everything it was almost like home, comfortable bed and large enough we had a living room, small kitchen. It was just wonderful.

Cons:

I have a complaint. It was too good.!!!!

Geat Experience! Will stay here again!!
Pros:

Checkin was easy, room was bigger than we expected. It had a mini kitchette; sink, microwave, fridge, and small eating area. Pull out sofa was great for our two teenagers to sleep on and the king size bed was excellent. Had considered bringing an air matress in case the sofabed was either two small or uncomfortable. There would have been room to set up one or two, but we didn't need it. Breakfast had a good selection, something for us all, and we all enjoyed it. Would stay here again. It was about 10 miles from the downtown area, but we didn't mind because the ones closer to the city were double the price.

Cons:

I know you can't control this, but we were looking for a room with two queen beds. Not sure if this was an option, and if it was they may have been all booked. TV in room with king size bed was a little small, but that was not a big deal, didn't really use it much.

Pros:

Location, happy hour, 24 hr coffee machine, well lit paths and poop stations for pets

Cons:

Miss the ice machine on the floors. They do provide small ice bags
