Muito abaixo da expectativa prometida pelo marketing do hotel.
Pros:

Gostei das instalações, mas o básico não é entregue, já que o chuveiro fica frio.A piscina é muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel

Cons:

A equipe de funcionários, com raríssimas exceções e em especial nos bares e restaurantes é mal educada, com semblante carrancudo, atende com má vontade e passa uma sensação de pressão para encerrar a experiência do café da manhã, almoço ou jantar o mais rápido possível.Sem contar a demora para servir os pedidos.Já que a equipe é subdimensionada para a quantidade de hóspedes.
As interações com os funcionários, são na grande maioria das vezes, bastante desagradáveis.

Não tivemos informações completas sobre as instalações: não foi informado sobre o espaço de venda pizza e sorvete.Achamos que era um espaço Kids.

O chuveiro não esquenta.É inadmissível que depois de um dia de praia, o hóspede tenha que tomar banho frio.

Good for swimming
Pros:

We're swimmers and we loved the linked beach area. We went over Christmas and it was just so crowded. The staff was exceptional and sweet but everything was booked and crowded. We were there December 27 to December 29th. I wouldn't go over the holidays again. We did love our room and the beach and the spot for swimming.

Cons:

It was crowded and completely booked. The fireworks were extremely loud. The restaurant brakfast was on pretty terrace but it overlooked parking lot.

Pros:

L'emplacement près de la sublime plage de Bluebay et à moins de 15min de voiture de Willemstad. Les autres plages sont facilement rejoignables en voiture max 45min pour les plus éloignées.
Le grand parking à disposition, n'hésitez pas à aller a Willemstad pour manger, il suffit de se garer au parking gratuit du centre commercial Renaissance.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est une liste de 7plats qui sont les mêmes chaque jour. Et pour une personne sucrée il n'y a que des tartines grillées avec de la confiture.
Les fruits tjrs les mêmes aussi, melon, pastèque, raisins et ananas.
Pas de yoghourt, seulement des fromages blancs et du muesli.
Les pannecakes ont un goût salées, pas de chocolat chaud non plus.
Et le croissant propose dans le classique bayside est sans saveur, sec, produit congelé. Pas de pains chocolat ou gâteaux maisons...dommage. pour ceux qui mangent salés omelettes, œufs sur le plat, saucisse, bacon...
Nous avons demandé à garder la chaleur 1h de plus...sans souci contre 25$ ! Nous avons bien entendu rendu la chambre en temps et en heure.

Uma estadia muito agradável
Pros:

O hotel conta com um restaurante útil que, embora tenha pouca variedade, é muito bom. A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e prestativa. O hotel disponibiliza acesso grátis para uma bonita praia privada situada nas proximidades. A cama é confortável. O sinal do wi-fi é muito bom no quarto. A limpeza do quarto foi impecável. Recomendo o hotel e voltaria novamente.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto apresentou uma goteira à noite, sendo resolvido apenas no dia seguinte (mas a gerência compensou com um café da manhã como brinde). O sabonete líquido disponibilizado pelo hotel tem um cheiro desagradável. A recepção não funciona 24 hs, o que pode dificultar o check in dos hóspedes brasileiros que desembarcam do único voo direto vindo do Brasil.
