Ungewöhnliches Hotel mit toller Lage, Blick und direkt am Wasser!
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch – ruhig, mit tollem Blick und ideal zum Entspannen oder Arbeiten im Co-WorkingSpace. Der nahegelegene Es-Trenc-Strand lädt perfekt zu Spaziergängen ein. Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß über die Promenade erreichbar.

Das Hippie-Konzept ist charmant, wenn auch nicht ganz so konsequent umgesetzt wie im Bikini Hotel Port de Soller. Besonders positiv war die Möglichkeit, kostenlos Fahrräder (auch e-bikes) auszuleihen.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Praktisch ist auch das kostenlose Parken in der Umgebung. Schwimmen ist direkt vorne an den Felsen möglich, und auch der Pool ist angenehm.

Cons:

Der Service wirkte teilweise etwas laissez-faire und nicht immer gut informiert. Beispielsweise wurde nicht reagiert, als ein Test-e-Volvo von anderen Gästen nicht rechtzeitig zurückgegeben wurde – hier hatte man schlicht Pech.

Möglicherweise lag dies daran, dass die Saison gerade erst begonnen hatte und viel neues Personal noch nicht eingespielt war. Ähnlich im NENI-Restaurant (auch Frühstücksbereich): Der Service musste bei einfachen Fragen zur Speisekarte mehrfach nachfragen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber über die Woche blieb alles identisch ohne Abwechslung. Gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit wurde zudem nur noch unregelmäßig nachgefüllt.

Die Zimmer sind ansprechend, jedoch ist das Bett sehr hart und ohne Topper, was bei uns zu unangenehmen Liegebeschwerden führte.

Der Fitnessbereich ist klein, einfach ausgestattet und ohne Aussicht. Auch die Sauna ist eher klein und etwas versteckt. Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze sind mit 15 € pro Tag relativ teuer (zum Teil teurer als der Mietwagen selbst), wobei man diese nicht zwingend nutzen muss.

Recomendación absoluta
Pros:

Personal muy amable, pendiente de nosotros. Nos cambiaron a una habitación superior. Fue un detalle. El desayuno buffet muy completo. Cenamos en el restaurante y todo muy bueno. Cogimos las bicis para visitar el pueblo. Todo genial, repetiremos.

Cons:

Todo bien. La pena fue el viento que hizo que no pudieramos disfrutar de la terraza.

Chouette séjour, magnifique paysage
Pros:

Chouette hôtel, lit confortable, personnel aimable et serviable , déjeuner complet et très bon .
Grande et belle piscine. Linge de plage à disposition et vélo en prêt.

Cons:

Soucis pour régler la climatisation. Parking de l’hôtel en terrain vague et pas beaucoup de place vu le grandeur de l’hôtel.

Villa Kunterbunt trifft auf Brutalismus
Pros:

Der Blick, das Essen im Neni, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Lage direkt am Meer. Das Frühstücksangebot war groß, hat uns aber nicht vom Hocker gerissen. In den ersten beiden Nächten hatten wir ein Zimmer im ersten Stock über der Küche. Wegen des Krachs waren unsere Nächte sehr kurz. Zum Glück haben wir nach unserer Beschwerde aber ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock bekommen. Dort war alles gut. Danke Fabio!

Cons:

Die Gegend hinterm Hotel ist langweilig und hässlich. Es gibt viele pittoreskere Ecken auf Mallorca.
