Der Blick, das Essen im Neni, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Lage direkt am Meer. Das Frühstücksangebot war groß, hat uns aber nicht vom Hocker gerissen. In den ersten beiden Nächten hatten wir ein Zimmer im ersten Stock über der Küche. Wegen des Krachs waren unsere Nächte sehr kurz. Zum Glück haben wir nach unserer Beschwerde aber ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock bekommen. Dort war alles gut. Danke Fabio!
Die Gegend hinterm Hotel ist langweilig und hässlich. Es gibt viele pittoreskere Ecken auf Mallorca.

Chouette hôtel, lit confortable, personnel aimable et serviable , déjeuner complet et très bon .
Grande et belle piscine. Linge de plage à disposition et vélo en prêt.
Soucis pour régler la climatisation. Parking de l’hôtel en terrain vague et pas beaucoup de place vu le grandeur de l’hôtel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig und sehr fein. Der Strand und der Service am Strand war super.
Es war ein wenig mühsam, dass viele Liegen mit Handtücher besetzt wurden, was ich eigentlich von so einem Hotel nicht erwartet hätte. Weiter hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Personal sehr lustlos war und auch eher unfreundlich gewirkt hat, mit Ausnahme des Personals an der Rezeption.

Some staff members are really nice (especially a guy from Australia on reception, and a Ecuadorian guy on the bar).
Very beautiful location, best place to see sunsets and swim. peaceful and clean area, unlike Palma. nice amenities in the room and sauna was amazing benefit. nice design of the hotel.
We notifed the hotel that reason of stay is our wedding anniversary well before arriving. Upon arrival we got the worse type of room which is on the first floor right above the bar, so while you drink your morning coffee you are directly making eye contact with people on the breakfast tables. Reception told us that it is not in the hotel policy to give anything for special occasion, direct wording " we are not obligated to do anything special, and if everyone would come here to celebrate, then what?".... no snorkeling equipment, beach towel is given only once for your whole stay. breakfast had matcha latte in the menu, but as the employee said " we have this drinks written, but in reality we never have them, but i can give you cappucinno". Drinking water was finished in the spa area and when we notified staff they replied "water is finished. Drink from the tab"
