Pros:

really enjoyed my stay at hotel ginger palace. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special mention to mr tahir and akash from the restaurant—her service was outstanding, polite, and always with a smile. He made us feel truly welcomed. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding—everything is neat, tidy, and very well maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. Every facility provided by the hotel was perfect and up to the mark.

Cons:

Rooms are not that clean and fresh, poor ventilation, toiletaries were not provided, water is hard, also rooms and sheets were smelly due to moisture, not the service for value of money, will not recommend to anyone

How poor Management can lead to downfall.
Pros:

The location was easy for me to travel.

Cons:

Poor room service, bas been charge extra ₹300 in the name of early check in that also not in the name of hotel, but in personal account. Cigarette buds, stain on bedsheet, hairs of prior customer, broken bathing shower, rat roaming in my room (though after several complaints they changed my room, but new one was more disasterous), torn pillow cover, smelly and dirty chair couson, wash basin tap was not properly intact, faces water shortage in the night around 20:00 HRS while having bath, mosquitoes in the room, window AC is not properly serviced, TV Remotes were not properly working, stains on the walls, buckets and mugs were so dirty, in the name of making the room ready they just arranged them in order, no proper cleaning, blanket was smelly and poor wifi in the new room which was alloted after rat complain made by me.

In short it was nightmare for me. Total waste of money.

We visited here for a business purpose and the rooms were well maintained and clean. Kudos to ketan for great house keeping service. The breakfast was an also decent and the location , overall it is a good stay for business as well as any personal purpose

Pros:

It was a good experience staying here. Its in a nice location. Have well maintained rooms. House keeping services are good. The staff are polite and well behaved. Food served is good. Hygiene is taken care of properly. If one looking for a stay in Noida, must opt for this hotel!!

Enjoyed There
Pros:

Stayed there for one day. Enjoyed there, location is superb. Something i would like to mention here is a Property manager Mr Sam, he was a very nice guy with good communication skills and a very helpful guy. I will come again in this hotel only because of this guy.
