Apartment clean and well stocked. Reception staff friendly
Had to wait 15 mins for a porter to take us on a 10 min walk from reception. Had to climb 108 steps up to top floor! Through grubby and dark staircase. Door lock was broken, had to wait half an hour for it to be fixed. Complained and offered a different room back in main hotel without a terrace but we had already wasted an hour and a half and did not have time, we were already late. When got back to flat at 11.30pm after a night out found that the remote control for the blinds was not working properly. After calling reception (he didn’t know how to do it but offered to ask his colleagues on a group chat) we eventually made them work by 12.15 am and could sleep. Not a large double bed, a small double bed. Asked to be compensated but this was rejected, offered a discount on future stay but will never book this again. We paid £365 for what we thought would be a luxurious stay but very disappointed, it is the worst place we have stayed in for a very long time and we travel a lot.

The manager Mickey asked for 200 pounds for the lift to work .. whereas it was mentioned the lift will work till second floor . Mickey was a scamster .. when we did not pay him he said he will make sure lift doesn't work until we stayed .. worst cheater manager 😒
The location was perfect, the flat's are very big and comfortable and the room was very warm nicely decorated.very closed to shopping area and historical places and museums as well.
The water in the room and especially in the bathroom is not pressurized, not enough to take a shower. The elevator goes to the 2nd floor and after the 2nd floor you have to go up uncomfortable stairsbut they are very kind to send a bellboy if you need help with the bags, thank you.

Centrally controlled heating and water was cut off after 23:00, could not take shower at nights
Clean and well-equipped, high quality
Lift only goes to 2nd floor and from there it is a long and windy stairs to the apartment. The staff helps to carry the luggage which was helpful, but do note for those with mobility issues.
Everything was perfect, very friendly staff, highest level of cleanliness, garden view from sleeping room, very quiet

Not enough kitchen equipment to cook- needs a few more kitchen knives, definitely a chopping board and some large serving plates

The AC didn’t work
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator goes only up to 2nd floor. Is a bit inconvenient when having luggage and shopping bags. At checkout, as it was very early in the morning, nobody came to help with luggage
