Nothing it was perfect
Really nice rooms. Private, atmospheric. Staff don’t speak English, however wasn’t an issue as they had a translator device. Facilities included everything you need. Free drinks downstairs, free breakfast.
You need to pay for your room ahead of time in the little alcove area in your own room, otherwise the machine keeps talking to you. Also the area has no other attractions, and it’s a fair hike from
City centre. Might be a potential idea to have a room deal that includes a taxi discount?
Beautiful hotel with welcoming and lovely staff. Yes it's a love hotel but it isn't any way sleazy or "cheapened" by this. In Japan, it's not as taboo as the west and is still dealt with in a classy way. Yes there are advertisements for things you cab purchase and stuff in the room that can be used for a certain purpose which didn't bother us a jot. The amount of toiletries, towels, a robe, hair styling electronics completely outweighed anything else. Complimentary breakfast which was lovely, you can choose Japanese or western. It is about a 15-20 minute train ride from Osaka and then about a 10 minute walk but if you download the GO taxi app, you can get a taxi in minutes and is very reasonable if you have a lot of luggage.

Very generous sized room with every conceivable convenience. Huge and comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood.
Breakfast is not worth having. Also, the hotel is not close to any popular hotspots.
It was a great location. Beautiful and clean rooms. Nice selection of amenities and free parking. We also were given a complimentary bottle of Champagne because it was a birthday celebration. So it was a superb experience overall!!! highly recommended!
