Cons:

The room was not clean, we slept in a smelly douvet, the shower smelled like pee and we saw a cockroach under the bed. We checked out and wanted to leave the luggage in the hotel before our flight and told us they were going to charge us for it. Plus they called a taxi to bring us to Indian Gate and told us double the price even though we agreed with the taxi driver the price ahead (luckily)

Cons:

I booked a Deluxe room for two nights, and when I arrived, the manager gave me another one, telling me to give him some time to change to the one I had reserved. The next day he was still telling me the same thing and he never gave me the room I had paid for. Right next door is the DREAM PALACE RESIDENCY hotel, where I stayed next and which is much better in every way!
