but overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

I like how the room was spacious and it was a self check in concept so you dont have to go all the way to do a check in at the receptionist like those usual ones. and the bathroom has a good water heater and bathroom is clean for the two nights that we stayed there which was pleasant

Cons:

If only the loft could have CLEARLY explained it is a SHARED bathroom and not something i have to find out through the comments would be appreciated. thank goodness the stay was a pleasant one even tho it was a shared toilet, suitable for solo travellers, but for family? depends.

Compliments & Improvement
Pros:

1. In the middle of Miri's biggest shopping mall
2. Same floor with swimming pools
3. Timely response by Loft staffs
4. Clear house rules/guides pasted on the walls

Cons:

1. Because the Hostel is in the middle of Miri's biggest shopping mall AND on the same floor where the swimming pools at (means EVERYONE has open access to the pool) which means the only barrier between tenants vs non-tenants are only the see-through glass door with passcode (which i only noticed after few times enter/exit in the middle of the night = the door closer mechanism kinda loose/not closed all the way automatically i have to actually pull it a bit more to completely lock it.
(Note: during the day, it was left open all the time by tenants who were using the pools & washrooms back & forth)
1.1. All the door in female shower/toilet rooms has nil lock mechanism AND it is just next to male shower/toilet rooms. AND was kept open by Fire Extinguisher).

Based on my observation, there were few safety near-miss (even done by myself, unknowingly & unfortunately). This is a disaster waiting to happen, honestly.

Tenant's safety (well-beings / belongings) & privacy should be protected adequately.

Almost every aspect of it was really value for money & beyond. Things were maintained quite well

Cons:

The shared toilet / bathroom concept. The shared area (fridge/ coffee / tea) could have been handled / maintained differently
