Great weekend in Bansko
Pros:

We spent great weekend in Regnum hotel. The room was big enough, it was clean. We had the room cleaned on the second day. The food was good with enough variety. The staff were all smiling and very kind. The SPA is nice, the pools are heated. The kids playground was nice with enough toys and space to play. There was very nice lady who took good care of the kids. We will be back for sure :)

Stunning setting especially for outdoor pool.
Pros:

The location was spectacular. At the end of all the construction so clear views of mountains from balcony and pool. Good sized rooms with well equipped washrooms. Outdoor pool was spectacular. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Everywhere we visited was clean and staff were pleasant

Cons:

The spa was underwhelming (may be because it was low season). Surprising that there was no cooking or kitchenette. Not big deal for us, but if we were skiing and booked a longer stay the possibility of heating up a meal would make sense in this apartment-like facility.

Repeated guest at Regnum hotel
Pros:

It's not our first time there, like the hotel, came many times with friends and families from Bulgaria and abroad.
The hotel was totally renovated not long ago and now it does deserve his 5 stars, from the rooms to the breakfast in the morning!

Cons:

It was very disappointing to learn that you have to pay to visit thermal Regnum spa in Banya , this is the first time it requires that...when I ve booked the stay at booking.com, I was looking forward for that perk!!
It should be addressed and explained properly!
The young people working at the buffet breakfast should be thought to address the people with at least Hello, ask if you finished with your plate, not just grab it without permission! As they work at a 5 stars hotel that should be addressed right away, people leave for a second to find their plate it's gone !!
It's such a waste of food and it does not make a very good impression on the guests of the hotel of that class!!
Instead they walk around like a ghosts!!!
Learning the way to contribute their effort to the other personal at the hotel , from reception to the cleaners are absolutely great and eager to help anytime we needed something!!!

programımız olmasaydı daha fazla kalmak isterdik.
Pros:

odanın büyüklüğü, kullanışı ve temizliği yanında Türk personel çalıştırıyor olması yemeklerin altın da Türkçe açıklama olması dil çeşitliliği açısından çok iyiydi.
