החדרים משופצים, מרווחים, מיטות טובות והחדר נקי וטוב.
הארוחת בוקר מגוונת.
.הספא נהדר. נותנים חלוק מגבת בחדרים וכפכפים.
יש שאטלים מאזור הגונדולה למלון כל חצי שעה עד השעה 18.

העליה ברגל מהגונדולה למלון היא עליה חדה ומעייפת.
בארוחת בוקר הקפה ממכונה, המיץ תפוזים מזיפ כזה ממכונה. החביתות בארוחת בוקר לא מקצועיות, מלאות שמן והירקות בחביתה לא טוגנו טוב. העוגיות בארוחת בוקר לא טעימות הן כולן בצורת עיגול דחוס. היו עוגיות שטוחות רגילות ותמרים ביום הראשון אבל זהו, לא היה יותר בשאר השבוע.כך שלא ממש היה משהו מתוק לקפה.

מלון מעולה, מתקנים חדשים, החדרים מרווחים ובעיצוב יפה, המיטות מאוד נוחות. צוות השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל. הספא מפנק ולא עמוס מידי ויש מלא פתורונות לילדים.

Cons:

האוכל היה סביר למרות היצע גדול, לא היה מאוד טעים (בייחוד בארוחת ערב) חסרון נוסף שטיפה רחוק מהגונדולה של הסקי, הליכה של 10 דקות מהעיר ויש שאטל מהמלון כל חצי שעה. אנחנו הלכנו ברגל וזה לא היה בעייתי.

- shuttles go more often than stated in the schedule
- all our requests were done quickly, the staff was proactive and helpful
- the breakfast is great, à la carte is good enough

Staff is very good, reception is great, especially Ibrahim and Angelica, they can help you in anything!

Cons:

It was my 4 time in this hotel, but this time was too crowded and hotel is quite small to accommodate all them people. The kitchen is super crowded and you get to wait sometimes to find a place to sit for breakfast and the food is not good anymore as before!
You go there, with all the luggage and you don’t get any help ( no bellboy) to find your room in a very labyrinth hotel!
