הכל! הבריכות, מתחם הילדים, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת ועשירה, חדר סופר מפנק ומאובזר ודאגו לנקות ולהחליף מגבות כל יום, באמת שעלה על כל הציפיות שלנו, בחדרים היו מאווררי תקרה שעשו עבודה יותר טוב ממזגן.. הכל היה יותר ממושלם

שהות רגועה בבנסקו במלון עם מתקנים ברמה

החדרים גדולים, נקיים ובאמת אחזקה גבוהה. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ומגוונת. מתקני הבריכה ברמת תחזוקה גבוהה.
ישנו מזגן בחלל המרכזי ובחדר השינה של ההורים יש מאוור תקרה. שינה עם דלת פתוחה היתה מאוד נעימה.

Cons:

המיקום של המלון מרוחק יחסית לאיזור המסעדות. הדרך המובילה למלון מלאה בשיבושי כביש, כגון בורות ואין מדרכות רציפות. ידענו שהמלון מרוחק מעט אבל הדרך מצריכה גם מעבר בגשר לא הכי בטיחותי או לחלופין הארכה של הדרך.

בנוסף, המלון עצמו אינו בניין אחד אלא כמה בניינים, כך שהגעה לחדר שלנו הצריכה מעבר מאוד ארוך בין המפלסים והאגפים. כולל מדרגות. לפי שחשיבה הנגישות, מוכרח לבקש זאת.

המלון אינו מציג באופן בולט את המתקנים השונים ואת מפת האתר, כך שההתמצאות אינה פשוטה. מומלץ לגשת לקבלה לקבל הסבר מאשר להסתבך.

Разочарование заради шума
Pros:

Стаята беше чиста. Завивките, чаршафите и калъфките за възглавници бяха безупречни. Храната беше добра. Персонала е страхотен, усмихнат и отзивчив.

Cons:

Много шумно!!! До хотела минава река и е почти невъзможно да спиш на отворен прозорец поради шума от водата. Това поне през лятото е проблем, особено за хора, които са по-чувствителни на шум. В стаята нямаше климатик, което според мен е абсурдно за 5 звезден хотел. Така също хотела беше препълнен с хора, които сякаш бяха хванати от гората и пуснати в 5 звезден хотел. Шума и какафонията бяха неописуеми. От стаята над нашата се чуваха брутални шумове, викове, крясъци и тропане сякаш вътре имаше стадо добитък. При пълен хотел, както беше в нашия случай, паркирането може да се окаже проблем. Капацитета на паркинга е крайно недостатъчен за размера на хотела. Опция е да се паркира на улицата пред хотела, поне докато има свободни места, след това, кой където намери. Като заключение бих казал, че 5-те звезди на този хотел са пресилени, поне и според това на което бях свидетел.

Pros:

Tres bel hôtel situé à 10 minutes à pieds du vieux village et à 5 minutes de la télécabine. Belle piscine avec vue sur les montagnes. Espace spa agréable et massage proposée.Grande chambre avec un salon.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner qui est petite et bruyante .le personnel de l'accueil qui est juste aimable et donne le minimum de renseignement lors de l'arrivée.

房间很新，设施还不错。大泳池很不错

Cons:

我提早半个月就给酒店写了邮件，说明入住期间是我们的结婚纪念日！酒店也很热情的回应说会安排一些布置，但是我们入住期间完全没有任何布置也没有任何人提起这件事。还有早餐，第一天很不错；第二天我们大概10点过去的，吃的就比较少了。儿童泳池有点脏。

Disappointment
Pros:

Along with all the disappointment, the hotel staff is excellent and worthy of appreciation.

Cons:

At breakfast and lunch, they served trays of pastries that looked great, but the disappointment was great because they were all cold and impossible to eat. It's amazing how pastry dishes that could have been very tasty were thrown away - this is a disrespect of the kitchen for the guests..
Second disappointment When I booked the room, I mentioned that I was requesting an accessible room because I am not mobile and use a walker (ROLATOR). The room we received was the furthest from the lobby, accessed via two elevators, and worst of all, I had to go through two flights of stairs that were a real nightmare to go up and down. The disregard for my request is really disrespectful and disappointing.
