מלון חדש! מחודש, נקי מאד. שודרגנו לסוויטה נהדרת עם נוף להרים ולנחל הזורם. הספא מודרני ורחב ידיים. צוות אדיב מאד.

Cons:

מאכזב שבמלון 5 כוכבים מלבד סבון פשוט אין כלום בחדר הרחצה. הג'קוזי יפה ורחב ידיים אך ממש מסוכן להכנס אליו בשל גובה המדרגות וחסרון מאחז יד.

Bulgarian hotels should earn their 5 stars
Pros:

The room was very big and very clean, and the view from the balcony is great. The staff were helpful. And the spa, being off ski season, was quite empty and calm.

Cons:

Overall, it was a very meh experience, given the 5-star rating this hotel boasts. Nothing at all was 5* – neither the restaurant, the breakfast, the room itself or even the spa – it was all adequate and passable, but in no case 5* or worth that price for two nights. I am normally very happy to be in nature and enjoy it, but when I booked the mountain-view room, I expected the balcony to be a nice, peaceful place to sit in the evenings or mornings. The river directly outside of the hotel was quite full and very, very noisy, and not in the nice "white background noise from nature" way.

I would very likely forget the experience because I have nothing bad to say, but also nothing particularly good. Again, I can't stress this enough – I have been to 5* hotels in a lot of countries, and Bulgarian hotels have the worst price to quality ratio when comparing them directly.

Всичко беше много добре, персонала е много любезен. Навсякъде е много чисто, стаите са удобни. Храната е много вкусна.

Cons:

Имаше много шумна компания младежи, които не позволиха на голяма част от хотела да спи през ноща. При такъв тип шумни компании е добре да се взимат по-сериозни мерки от хотела.
