מלון מפנק מאוד טיפה רחוק מהמרכז
Pros:

מלון מעולה, מתקנים חדשים, החדרים מרווחים ובעיצוב יפה, המיטות מאוד נוחות. צוות השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל. הספא מפנק ולא עמוס מידי ויש מלא פתורונות לילדים.

Cons:

האוכל היה סביר למרות היצע גדול, לא היה מאוד טעים (בייחוד בארוחת ערב) חסרון נוסף שטיפה רחוק מהגונדולה של הסקי, הליכה של 10 דקות מהעיר ויש שאטל מהמלון כל חצי שעה. אנחנו הלכנו ברגל וזה לא היה בעייתי.

Overall it’s a nice option and worth its money
Pros:

- shuttles go more often than stated in the schedule
- all our requests were done quickly, the staff was proactive and helpful
- the breakfast is great, à la carte is good enough

Cons:

- steam sauna didn’t really work
- sometimes we were misinformed or misunderstood, but in the end all issues were solved without problems

Staff is very good, reception is great, especially Ibrahim and Angelica, they can help you in anything!

Cons:

It was my 4 time in this hotel, but this time was too crowded and hotel is quite small to accommodate all them people. The kitchen is super crowded and you get to wait sometimes to find a place to sit for breakfast and the food is not good anymore as before!
You go there, with all the luggage and you don’t get any help ( no bellboy) to find your room in a very labyrinth hotel!

Tesis merkeze ve gondola cok yakin degil fakat duzenli shuttle servisleri var, temizlik duzen ve hijyen konusunda gayet basarili, calisanlar guleryuzli ve yardimsever, ozellikle turk calisanlar cok yardimsever( barda tolga bey cok yardimsever) resepsiyon da turk ve yabanci calisanlar guler yuzlu, sadece odalarin konumlanmasi biraz bolum bolum oldugu icin uzak kalabiliyor bazi odalar , cocuklu aileler secim yaparken lobi katina yada rest katina yakin secim yapabilir. kahvaltilar yeterince makul doyurucu ve cesitli, aksam yemekleri 1 gun denedik basarili tuk mutfagi secimleri var, odalar ferah ve genis banyo, wc. buyuk ve temiz. hersey icin tsk ederiz.

В комнате был запах клея или напольное покрытие такого низкого качества, что началась аллергия. Мы приехали компанией из 8 человек . Бронировали 3 номера. Во всех трех номерах был этот ужасный запах клея!!!! У всех началась аллергия!!!!. Отель очень не удобен от подъемников , хоть и видно из окна гондолы и кажется рядом , но …. Если не успел на шатл то пиши пропало…. Правила в отеле зависят от лояльности персонала (((. По поводу уборке , не скажешь не уберут , но проходят исправно застонать кровать и менять полотенца. А то , что стаканы грязные и приборы это вообще не волнует персонал . Когда ко мне пришли и сказали могли бы мы убраться ?! Резонный бал у меня вопрос , что именно хотите убрать ?! В номере в Меня чисто , а что грязно вы все ровно не видите и так 3 дня уже не видите , как убираетесь ?! Отель 5 звезд , но … крема даже нет. Попросила нитки на ресепшене , сказали так как вечер то только завтра смогут выдать . Ок ждем завтра , приходит хаускипенг говорю ей можно ли мне принести нитки , говорит ок , записывает и забывает !!!!!
Ресторан . Если утром можно найти что поесть то ужин 30€ за взрослого и 15 € за ребенка неоправданно дорого и главное не вкусно от слова совсем. Самое худшее исполнение турецкой кухни. Сложилось впечатление , что плохо знающий турецкую кухню повар пытается хоть как то ее готовить. Сервировка шведского стола это вообще отдельная тема для отзыва. Слов нет , как будто не люди а животные к ним на ужин приходят ! Я еще нигде не видела , что суп подавался в противнях с высоким бортом ! Уважаемый отдел по закупкам и главный менеджер, вопрос к вам !!!!! Вас кто и где этому научил ?!
Хамам и бассейн : хамам не работал( конкретно 11 января, после больше не ходили), а бассейн с таким количеством хлорки что не зайти . Даже дети отказались от бассейна. Вообщем вывод один за эти деньги можно спокойно бронировать туже Австрию , Германию . Францию или Италию . Нет здесь никаких 5 звезд , приветливого персонала и вкусной еды!!!!
