Ευχάριστο προσωπικό καλή τοποθεσία και όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με ωραία διακόσμηση!

Cons:

Η πρόσβαση στο κτίριο που μέναμε ήτανε λίγο δύσκολη και μας ταλαιπώρησε καθώς είχαμε και ένα μικρό παιδί μας και δεν ήταν πλήρως προσβάσιμο με καρότσι !

despite some missing details and facilities. I will highly recommend Hotel Regnum
Pros:

We spent the weekend during Easter. Very rich and various breakfast. Accommodated in Block C (the same building where the reception, the bar, and the lobby are). Extremely pleasant staff (girls) at the reception. Complementary basket of fruits and bottle of water. Spacious suite with two terraces and a modern (on the other hand, warm) and very functional interior. Nice Easter decoration in the hotel with Easter baskets and eggs .

Cons:

Small toilet compared to the apartment. a lack of complete hygiene in the toilet and toilet sets. It seems that the water in the pool and the Jacuzzi was not so clean

Premium stay in Regnum
Pros:

1. Room was excellent with view on the mountains, toilet with a lot of amenities and great size.
2. Excellent choices for breakfast. Everything is warm and resupplied constantly.
3. Good spa and pool but crowded. Individual massages a bit on the expensive side.
4. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
5.Big parking lot.

Cons:

One thing that this stay doesn't deserve 10/10 is the dinner buffet option, we paid 2x31 eur for cold food and not really good choices. If you plan to eat dinner here don't make our mistake and just order things from the menu , it will warmer and better value. Really big waste of money

Cons:

Останахме силно разочаровани от престоя си. Храната в ресторанта беше под всякаква критика – кашкавалът на закуска беше мухлясал, а карбонарата приличаше повече на рядка супа, отколкото на паста. Това е недопустимо за място, което претендира за качество.
Басейнът и джакузитата са добри като съоръжения, но миризмата на хлор е много силна, а след ползването им с мъжа ми получихме обрив, което буди сериозни притеснения относно поддръжката и хигиената.
Като цяло – не си заслужава и не бихме посетили отново.
