Room size specious, staff and service quite good.
Cleanliness was good
Not value for money. They charged extra for the child. Child was eight years old. It's not a good customer experience.
Room was spacious- lunch and dinner were good and they fulfilled our request for mild food
For hot water we had to switch on the water heater before getting any hot water for a shower, and even then it was intermittent hot water, cold water. There was no hot water in the sink as not connected to the water heater.
Great resort with excellent service.

All Food items are very good, neat and clean rooms and restaurant. Facility is very well maintained. Staff is co-operative and helpful.
Approach road towards the facility is in very bad condition.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the resort exceeded my expectations. The room was so big and clean! even the premises. Excellent Maintenance and excellent customer service. Flamingo is a new 1.5yr old baby providing high class facilities and services.
I had called the Resort before i traveled and the people gave me all the right info which helped me make the decision to go there.
Location - Even though a bit far (not far at all if you compare to any busy city) from the city center. Ghogla beach is just 3km away and the rest of the attractions are max 10 kms away. The roads are so empty that its a pleasure to drive around.
The road to the resort which is about 1km inside is mud road but it has auto sensor street lights.
Facilities - This is a pure veg resort with no alcohol. Very good for families preferring the same. They have all facilities inside the room. There is a big garden, games, swimming pool and gym. They also have bicycles to ride around.
They also arrange 2 wheeler rental and cab facilities if we need. They have a Airport pick up and drop facility with extra minimal charge.
Restaurant and Food - Restaurant is excellent with very delicious food taste. Service is on par with any 5star hotel. STaff is very polite and helpful. Quick service. I would like to mention one person "Vijay" who made excellent upma. He was also driver who took us to and from airport.
The road leading to the resort from the main road could be better. Also a bit of inconvenience if you want to return late from any other restaurant or beach. Good if you have your own car.

Dear Hotel Flamingo Diu Management,
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I can confidently say that it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I feel compelled to share my grievances with you.
Firstly, the behavior of your staff in the evening was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service left a lasting negative impression. It is highly unacceptable to encounter such behavior when one is expecting a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Furthermore, the water supply at your hotel was nothing short of pathetic. The quality of water provided was absolutely abysmal, and I must emphasize that it was the worst I have ever come across in any hotel. As a guest, I believe it is my right to have access to clean and hygienic water, which unfortunately was not the case during my stay at Hotel Flamingo Diu.
To exacerbate the situation, when I approached a staff member named Jahed to address the issue, he not only denied resolving it promptly but also went as far as offering to provide this refusal in writing. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guest satisfaction is simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to see a lack of willingness to resolve an issue that affects the basic comfort and well-being of your guests.
I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to rectify the issues I have highlighted. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of service and quality that were clearly not met during my stay at Hotel Flamingo Diu.
I believe it is crucial for your establishment to address these problems promptly, as they directly affect the reputation and credibility of your hotel. I sincerely hope that my unfortunate experience will serve as a catalyst for positive change in your hotel's operations and customer service.
