Surrounding is clean

Cons:

The sofa maybe need to change the cover and every guest

Pros:

Its nearby to tourist spots malls and accessible transportation plus theres a pool.

Cons:

There’s not much electric output or plugs. I have to use the ones under the television socket for everything

Pros:

Compared to the other unit i rented in avida, this one had a comfortable table with seats, multiple surfaces to put a book or laptop on, the water heater was working well

Cons:

- some problem during check in (the guard wouldn't believe me and insisted that I call a host, but the host never answered my phone calls). Eventually guard changed his mind and decided to let me in...
- it's close to the pool so there is some noise. Not all the time but there were few days where the noise goes up until 9pm or later and starts at 6am when the cleaners start working at the pool area
- i've seen 1 or 2 cockroaches, not sure if it's a building problem

The free pick up from the airport was very helpful and convenient. The hosts/owner are very accommodating and responsive.Wifi signal is 10/10. Location is in the heart of the city, 7/11 is just beside the building and also banks like metrobank,bpi and bdo is just around the corner.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo. All the facilities were there that you need to use like the fact the balcony overlooks

Pros:

The free airport pick up was very convenient for us since we have few luggages. The balcony is right next to the pool, a perfect view to have a coffee in the morning. The room is cozy and can fit up to 4 guests. To sum up it was a great stay!

Pros:

Quiet, near the City Centre, clean and Tidy. Security Guard very helpful.

Cons:

The Electric Kettle. Needs a new Broom.
