A characterful hotel, well situated for the town centre and a short walk from the station. An excellent breakfast with a good choice of dishes.

Great breakfast.
Great location, good price Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast OK. I'd have liked some cheese and maybe some better quality bread.
Hotel was much too hot for my liking.
There was nothing to not like. All staff were very good polite and how to work professional

Location was excellent and our room & bathroom were spotless and nicely furnished.
Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, hot buffet, cereals, juices, fruits etc and service excellent.
Parking. Although we managed to park right outside the hotel, there were no disabled spaces available.
We got upgraded when we arrived. Beautiful room.

We stayed in the a suite , as it was around Xmas time as we walked into the room we was greeted by a Xmas tree which we thought was a really lovely touch the room was large , very clean and fresh the view from the suite was lovely ,
Limited parking space , but we had our own parking space around the back , only one bar open in the evening was a packed around a small area
Location was fantastic, so near to everything. Staff were exceptional.
When we said "Bore da" or "S'mai" to the staff they replied in Welsh (95%). That made us feel at home.
The Penderyn was excellent! And the breakfast was good.
Excellent
A lovely historic building, but what made it special for us was the wonderful staff, without exception every one we came into contact with were exemplary in their delivery of customer service, friendly, attentive and good humoured.
