Location is good,
Problems with parking, only one hand towel for two people, staff in restaurants is without attention, waiting for food more than one hour. Food for breakfast were not fresh, lift with priority for cleaners not for guests
The bed was really comfortable, pillows were a little soft for me, being picky, the room was clean the bathroom was very clean. We ate in the restaurant, the food was excellent, we had the roast turkey, one small thing, I asked for a glass of wine when we ordered dinner, it never came, I reminded the server, again it didn’t show up until we had finished our meal, the server was apologetic and said he would only charge for a small one, wasn’t end of the world, but that was the only thing, everything else was lovely, definitely would stay again. Thank you.

*Desk in room was far too big, one corner came right to the edge of the bed on which I banged myself numerous times. The other end of the desk was right up against the wall so it could not reposition it.

Having to climb over baths to shower! There were no walk in showers available at the time of booking. Body lotion would be a great addition to the bathroom products!

The hotel was good and extremely clean, no cobwebs on lighting and welcoming.. The character of the hotel was interesting and the decor exceptional. The hotel location was on the seafront and 2 minute walk from the town centre. The staff were welcoming and extremely polite, the breakfast was worth the money we spent which was included in the price. All in all I would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.
The whistling window and the view from our room which was the view of the car park at the rear. Although not an issue for us as our intention was just for a short break, but the room was very modern and comfortable which made up for the negative.
