Fabulous location right on the front at Llandudno. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast too !

The hotel staff were very attentive and polite. The room offered a lovely sea view. The breakfast was excellent.
The Hotel car park only accommodates six cars, so you have to expect to park elsewhere. Having said that, I was able to park on the main road nearby, at a reasonable (off-peak) cost.

Getting a bit dated around the edges
The room was very clean, along with the superb bathroom, and the stay was excellent,as well as my evening meal and breakfast.
There was some difficulty with my wifi reception. It was hard to select the correct tv channel...
Good choice options at breakfast. Staff very attentive. Soap and shower gel provided in bathroom. Great location on the sea front, close to the pier and other amenities.
The mattress was uncomfortable. The floor was exceptionally squeaky! We booked a partial sea view room, however you had to lean into the corner of the window to get a decent view. Don't think we would bother to pay the extra for this next time. There was a lot of gurgling coming from the bath plug hole, poss air in the pipes? When we got to our room, we were surprised that there were no drink facilities. It wasn't until we'd unpacked that we discovered the kettle, tea/coffee etc were hidden in a cupboard! Never known this before, usually they are out on display.
Looking at the sea when you have your Meals and the staff are very helpful ☺️
