Pros:

The only grievance was although we paid for full board. We were charged extra for food .soft drinks.
Coffee. It's seems very unfair. Also unusual. Never come across this before.

Until there is entertainment we won't be staying there again

Lovely traditional seaside hotel.
Pros:

Lovely room (in the end). Very clean and good quality breakfast

Cons:

Check in is always a little harder than it needs to be. Staff will swear blind that rooms are the same (three times now i have stayed and asked for a full size bath rather than a 3/4 due to my height) on each occasion i am first told ‘all the baths are the same’ and then eventually we get a key to a room with a full size bath. The insincerity always takes the shine off

Breakfast was excellent, good value for money, possibly the best hotel in Llandudno and would stay .
Pros:

Location was good, close to town, beach & all amenities.

Cons:

We booked half board, the evening meal allowance was confusing the first night. We overheard several conversations from people whose experience was the same. It needs to be made clearer when accepting bookings.
There was also confusion over the room given, when opening the door it was already taken. Just alarming when you’ve registered your credit card against a room.

I loved everything about this property, close to the front close to shops parking behind the building. Room lovely and clean and very modern. Staff friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back again 😁

Room for improvement
Pros:

We had the breakfast which we thought was below par .The lift although efficient had no numbers showing inside so you didn't know what floor you were stopping at.You could not enter the hotel from the car park and there was no ramp for the side entrance to the hotel which most people used as it was the nearest to the car park and reception.
