Great location, comfortable lounge to meet up or wait for room. Helpful staff.
Limited car parking meant we had to use the street & pay on the 2nd night.
First night we found a hotel space at the back of the hotel, but no access to the hotel from the rear, so a bit of a drag with cases.
Great location. Friendly staff
Dark room
Location really good, good breakfast, comfy bed and evening meals good
Parking hit & miss if you drive out for the day as Llandudno gets busy.
Some younger staff need more training as a few times they forgot basics
Location great breakfast excellent.
We book breakfast an evening meal, At no time , did the receptionist or the restaurant workers explain to us that the evening meal were limited to £32. we incurred a surcharge at the end of our stay.
Good location and impressive building. The double room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable and bathroom had a good shower.
Some of the staff seem a bit miserable and fed up. The cooked breakfast was very disappointing, the bacon was very greasy and the sausages are the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel, they seem to be cheap, mass produced, frozen catering sausages, for a 4 star hotel that’s unacceptable.
We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night, on the Saturday night, the bar closed before 11pm without any warning from the staff, very unprofessional. Also when checking out, the young man on reception did not ask if we’d had a nice stay, just took the key and went back to his computer.
