Great stay
Pros:

Super comfy bed, free parking and great staff

Cons:

We’ve stayed a few times over the years but they have stopped doing breakfast so have to venture out for that now

Pros:

The young woman working in the bar when I arrived and who was there throughout my stay was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish she was polite, welcoming and professional. An absolute credit to the establishment

Good but disappointed no way around claiming 20% discount on meal.
Pros:

Location to Legoland. Room clean bed comfortable TV. Food was good. Free parking.

Cons:

Forgot to produce room key on ordering food and therefore did not get 20% discount as guest. Just reminded should have shown key at time. At time not busy and bill given by same person that booked me in.

Great location , comfortable rooms , food in hotel good
Pros:

We were visiting LEGOLAND
It’s a perfect location fit this
Just 5 mins up the road

Cons:

Didn’t realise that breakfast wasn’t served so slightly awkward with a 7 & 8 year old
Tea etc wasn’t refreshed on 2nd day

Great comfy stay, exactly what we wanted with the dogs whilst visiting family.
Pros:

It was nice and spacious and our dogs and ourselves just loved it. Self check in and great communication between staff and ourselves .

Pros:

Lovely room, clean and nicely decorated. Looks newly refurbished. Free parking was a bonus

The bed. Not really a criticism as it was a fabulous super king bed but was too firm for me, so I did not sleep well.

Pros:

Locatie is super, je kunt te voet Windsor inlopen. Het bed is comfortabel. Kamer is schoon maar wel spinnenwebben boven het bed. Lekker gegeten in de pub ernaast.

Cons:

Niets. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
