Pros:

فندق جميل و نظيف، وموقع ممتاز جداً، و الموظفين في الفندق في قمة الذوق و الاحترام، و اخص بالذكر موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ محمد عبدالله، قمة في التعاون و الذوق و الإحترام و حسن التعامل.

مكان جميل ويستحق الزياره
Pros:

المكان هادىء والمفارش نظيفه ومريحة جدا للنوم

Cons:

عدم توفر كامل احتياجات الغرفه مثل فرش الأسنان
كذلك الغرف تكون مرطبه اول ما تدخل وفيها ريحة رطوبه قويه تحتاج تشغيل للمكيفات لإزالة الرطوبه

السكن جيد جداً ، لكن لا تعتمد ع حجزك المؤكد وقت الاجازات

الموقع جميل والسعر كان مميز مقارنة بأسعار موسم الاجازة

كنت انا ومجموعة من الاشخاص نواجه مشكلة سوء تنظيم سواءً بنية او بدون نية من المسؤولين عن الحجوزات
تخيل تجي لحجزك ع الوقت وتلاقيه يقول فيه 8 اشخاص عندهم حجوزات وفي انتظار غرفة تفضى !
انا جاي اسكن بحجز مؤكد والا رايح الحلاق ليلة العيد ؟!
اسوء تجربة check in في حياتي لدرجة اني ما استلمت الغرفة الا بعدها بيوم كامل ، هذا وانا جاي من سفر بعيد !
المسؤول عن المهزلة هذي لازم يتحاسب والا بتتكرر في كل موسم فيه زحام حجوزات

اضافةً لذلك ، بس عشان تزيد المعاناة سوءاً ، كان فيه شخص مستاجر مفروض يطلع لانه حجزه انتهى ، ويقول بكل بجاحة ما باطلع لاني مو لاقي حجز بمكان ثاني ؛ والستاف ما تعاملوا معه كما ينبغي وخلوه يبقى.
اللي حجزه انتهى يطلع ، معاناته انه مو لاقي سكن هذي مشكلته مو مشكلة الفندق ولا مشكلتي كشخص حاجز الغرفة حجز مؤكد !

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال اكثر من رائع وكانوا حريصين جدا على توفير ما من شأنه رضاء النزيل

الافطار عادي جدا ولا يوجد انواع مميزه والمكان ضيق جداً كانك في بوفيه على الشارع

Cons:

واجهة الفندق والانتظار للمصعد ونوافذ الغرفة بدائية جدا وغير عازله للصوت والاطلاله غير جيده والحمام اكرمكم الله ضيق والكرسي الافرنجي حوضه صغير جدا
