Almost 5 stars
Pros:

The best thing about the place is the staff. All were great but special mention for Julie who went above and beyond several times for us, more than we expected. The view of the skyline is great, we had a room on the 5th floor, didn't hear the traffic, room had blackout curtains so we could sleep in.

Cons:

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast buffet. I thought it didn't match the standard of that hotel.

Pros:

Location and super friendly staff. They remembered us each time and asked about us to get to know us.

Cons:

Beds are hard but I think that is just how they are made in Vietnam as its been an issue everywhere. Great if you like firm mattresses.

Pros:

L'excellent accueil du personnel et particulièrement de Julie avec qui on avait échangé par WhatsApp ! La chambre correspondant aux photos est propre, assez grande pour 2 et surtout bien insonorisée, on entendait pratiquement par la rue du 4ème étage !! Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec du salé ou du sucré selon vos goûts avec là aussi un personnel très sympathique.

OK für eine Party Nacht aber keine Erholungshotel
Pros:

Zimmer war besser als unseres erstes Hotel in Hanoi.

Cons:

Es war etwas laut, ziemlich sogar. Wir sind früh ins Bett, mussten wir um 4 Uhr aufstehen. Der Lärm auf der Straße hat erst gegen 01:30 aufgehört.
Frühstück nicht gehabt weil früh ausgecheckt..

Pros:

Hotel couldnt be in a better location! Rooms were big and comfortable and the staff very friendly helpful and on the end of any messages I sent. Julie was very knowledgeable and from the start of the booking answered any questions I had. Rooms were very clean !! And breakfast up on the room was a lovely way to start the day. Would 100% stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the centre which makes it nice for sightseeing but keep in mind it’s in the middle of busy streets.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned better - it was a bit dusty in areas around the bed, and the room was a bit smaller than in the photos.
Breakfast was ok, there could be a bit more vegetarian options, but the eggs were nice.

The only thing I would say as I Muslim family I would of enjoyed it more if the food was halal and more options

Sauber, zentrales und freundliches Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Lage am Anfang der Altstadt - relativ laut, aber es gibt noch weitaus lautere Gebiete.
Frühstück war gut und ausreichend auf Dach des Hotels, teilweise im Freien. Es relativ wenig Plätze und man muss manchmal etwas warten.

Cons:

Dass es eigentlich keine Bar gegeben hat, denn die würde eigentlich sehr nett am Dach liegen. Die Bar war zumindest nie besetzt, wenn wir hinauf gefahren sind.

Очень дружный коллектив, когда я заселилась было шумно и в качестве комплимента мне вызвали бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Это было оч приятно и неожиданно
