Çarşaflar bile kirli lekeli idi şikayetçi olduk İlgisiz kalındı. Böyle olacaksa Diğer günler kalamayacağım iptal edin istedim umursamadılar.
Başka otel buldum 2-3. Gün kalmadım. Rezalet şikayetçiyim. Paramın iadesini istiyorum.
Being next to the pantry means convenience but also the noise
The location was excellent, right beside Euston Station, & very close to Euston Square tube station, there were two pubs a few steps away that both served real ale & food. There was no traffic or general noise to be heard from the room, it was quiet, comfortable, warm & secure. There was only one other room to share the bathroom with on our floor, which was no bother at all. There was a kitchenette with drink making facilities, also a washing machine should you need it. We even had a little patio/balcony (shared with the next door room) which would be lovely to sit out in, in the warmer weather.
I had to call the owners by mobile a few times to get them to text us the entry codes after we had arrived as they only release them on your arrival day, fair enough but I had previously contacted them & explained we do not get emails etc on our mobiles so would specifically need a text. Once we had the codes, no more issues. Now we 'know the score', we know what to expect if we stay again, for us it was the ideal base for our weekend away (2 nights).
Brilliant location for what we needed, bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was very clean (no nasty smells). Didn’t use kitchen but it was clean and looked like it well maintained had a washing machine. There was a nice balcony but it was not the time of year for us to use it would be great in warmer weather. No outside noise was heard from the room I was in. Great for shopping as it was all a comfortable walk away also train station was nearby
Due to the type of property we were in, noise did travel. Doors were heavy fire safety ones so they were slamming when people shut them. Someone did cook a meal at 10.30pm and was very loud doing it whoever it was kept dropping stuff aswell. Loud footsteps up and down steps. If you’re a deep sleeper that won’t bother you. When I looked under the bed checking I had all my stuff there was a grey sock and a can of monster under it, also a carpet of dust under the bed.

Very nice location we had!
Our accommodation was changed last minute due to complications. We did not receive what we had been promised, our accommodation was in a flat which had no lock on it meaning people could access our room at any point. We had been woken to a boy in our accommodation in the morning asking when we were leaving. We weren’t told a time we had to leave and it was around 11am at this point. The bed we had was broken so we had a very uncomfortable sleep. All the facilities we had were shared which isn’t what we had expected. We would of preferred compensation for this stay!
the rooms were a mess (hadn’t been cleaned from previous people who stayed there)
the loading didn’t match the address they had promoted online.
Easy location from Euston & the Underground
Key & room codes as I had to phone Booking.com to get the numbers. I had to also phone the owner as well.

Only thing good about this place was the location. Had to catch an early morning train.
Room was dirty, obviously they don't have a cleaner! Dirty towels on the floor, bin full of rubbish and the bed well I slept onto of the duvet 😫 It was as if someone had just got out of the bed.. 😡 Yes it's cheap but come on there are standards to be kept! I even phoned the "owner" and surprise they didn't answer 😆 what a joke of a place!!!! The photos say it all 🙄

Cet établissement annule les réservation aux derniers moments. Ils sont injoignables et font croire à Booking que vous avez séjourné la-bas. Ce sont des arnaqueurs. A éviter et à dénoncer !!!
Nichts! Zimmer war doppelt vergeben!
Hausflur dreckig, Bad eine Zumutung. Zum Glück war es doppelt vergeben und wir haben woanders übernachtet
