The location
The room smells bad
Superior room is very spacious. The neighbor street is quiet at night which is good for sleeping. Also having a good location is a bonus, not too far from other districts in the city center. Friendly staff although they sometimes use Mandarin to speak with each other. I don't have a problem with that, but someone might.
Being renovated from last year but some facilities is still from the last era. My TV was off the whole time although it was connected to the socket.

The location is fine I think more cleaning is better bc I feel like not clean. The sink isn’t clean you can the stink on it the had a lot of pink line bc not clean after a while it will turn to mold!
